Says unlocked for any network and would not work on mine

It was a bad phone that didn’t let me log in zany account

I've done all the research on this brand years ago before I even bought it! It is based in China and the price is converted to dollar value which make it a pretty expensive phone! It's been three wonderful days for me. Those who know me this phone is just my speed. And for good reason considering the original OS is iOS instead of Android (which I'm not a fan of) but I bought mine. And I the away the entire box including the receipt because I know what I'm buying. As far as that guy dating the back "melted shut" the phone, like all phones, will get hot. But the back isn't removable in the first place. I count myself lucky to have a phone suited and booted with an affordable price. Yes! I used it in overseas it’s amazing phone specially the most ideal on it is the battery life!

ABSOLUTE JUNK!! I purchased this phone as it was a good price and had the 64GB memory and large screen display which I wanted. I had a BLU phone previously for years and it was great. After a system security update this phone COMPLETELY blew up and was disabled!! I was not able to reboot or turn it back on....kept going to a reboot factory menu. After an hour long call with manufacturer tech support they advised me it was a glitch in the phone or a bad battery and there was a couple of options. I could try to return the phone to Best Buy even though it was over the 14 day return window or send it in to the warranty company for a possible replacement after only 5 weeks using this junk. I did not want the hassle of boxing up and mailing the phone to the warranty center at my expense so I went to Best Buy hoping for a return as I had only had the phone for 5 weeks! BEST BUY WAS FANTASTIC!!! I have bought several items from Best Buy and usually pleased. Great customer service and they replaced the phone with same model. I was worried about returning for the same model but I thought I will give it a try. This replacement phone seems to be working well and takes the updates.....until today. This replacement is now NOT working well while in call. I can't press end call or any digits or speaker phone and it seems like the options while in a call are totally disabled!! I have to minimize the screen and go to a side menu to hang up the call or wait for the other end to hang up. It seems it will work properly in call mode if I reboot the phone maybe one or two times. This has been a complete hassle! I am more than disgusted and I may need to return yet another phone!! I WILL NOT BUY THIS BRAND AGAIN! DO NOT BUY!!

Although this phone is listed as compatible with T-Mobile in the specs, I discovered it is not, unfortunately. Before making the purchase I checked the FAQ on it where another user confirmed its' compatibility with said network, so therefore I took the plunge. After receiving phone and sending over the IMEI during the activation process, they tell me it won't function with T-Mobile's network so I will need to return it. I don't know how else I could have made sure it's usable for me before buying, but I found out the hard way.

Unfuckung believable and this thing is built by motorola your duel sim card set up blows the 3 gig of ram isn't enough and I can't get any service to even recognize that it's a phone every carrier I have thrown at it can't help me because the it's s/n doesn't match with imei either one if them how does that even happen I've had it alittle less than a week and I want to bounce it off the pavement so can't live on to torment somebody else . And to top it off the 5 days ive owned it goes es on sale with activation hey Best Buy that sales guy that looked like he was having issues working the register little loan try and upsale me a better phone if you didn't already know I was going to have problems with it . I love best Buy but not this phone

I have bought several of these phones. It is a very reliable phone.

The information that this phone works with cricket, straight talk, or any other prepaid services is wrong. Now I have a 140.00 phone I can not use.
