It's not your high end like the Apple or Samsung but it does the job. If you are just looking for a phone to browse online, watch Youtube, make make phone calls. This one is it. One nice thing about this phone is that you get a free phone case. Oh and it's a nice and sturdy phone case too. What else could you ask for.

Bought this "open box" - great phone for the price.

Love this phone! Been wanting it for a while and finally found it on here.

Google services did not work. Its stuck on setting up Android, I had to download external apk files to just make the phone barely function.

An absolute DISASTER....!! 2 and a half weeks into purchasing it, the phone would not charge and getting internet was horrific... When I brought the phone back to Best buy, they said it was 2 days past the 2 weeks coverage it had to return it and then made excuses they were blocked from a "Free Phone", to fix it. They said go to your carrier and my carrier said they could only offer a new phone to me and to keep the one I had. They didn't even want to use it as a trade in... Later I opened up the phone. It looked like they "rigged" the battery because it was refurbished and I couldn't even remove it to see if it was that the battery was dying. They basically sold me a lemon and got away with keeping the funds without helping me fix it only two and a half weeks into having it... There should be a lemon law on cell phones as well. The phone gets one star and so does the store. Never...buying anything there again. Never...

It is what it is for the price. My son bought it for himself and gave his little brother his 6 month old phone. He decided he wanted his old phone back after a few days and gave this one to his brother.

This phone of only good off you’re using it on WiFi. The Best Buy associate told us we could use it on any network but it won’t activate.

I've been a BLU user for sometime now and recently purchased a upgraded version and I'm completely satisfied at the this time with the phone. I love the space, the size and the accessibility.

It did the job at the time. But since I use Cricket they required everyone to move to a 5G phone, so this was a waste of money.

great item.... have had several... Blu is a great value for the price and does everything needed. I got this for my sister in Trinidad who can use it over there with Digicell.

This phone is horrible!! I will remind myself #1 not to buy a unlocked phone #2 especially that holds to sim cards..its all over the place it dont no what to do or does things it shouldn't. Was useing web cast on another device to my tv and some how it made this phone go crazy and shut down and i had to reboot it!! Good luck is all i can say!! Had to buy me a new phone.

This is a good phone for anyone who is practically joined to their phone with a need for contact with friends , family , and business contacts as well as personal internet 24hrs. a day

Piece of junk phone battery dies quick internet loads slowly AT&t informed me by the end of this year 2021 they will shut down 3G and this hybrid phone will probably not work Best buy told me none of this and try to overcharge me for the phone in the beginning very very disappointed with this phone and Best buy
