Poor performance. Touch scrren is very bad. I dont like anything besides the color of the phone. My kids use thia phone and it stopped working.

It stopped working after the 30 day return policy expired. The memory is really out of wack. It sucks i really wish I could return it.

It did not work right out of the box. It got hot and never showed a home screen. I returned it. I would not recommend this to anyone

After two months, the front camera it’s not working and the battery just lose the charge

It was fast and easy to order the phone online and with curbside pickup it worked out well but the phone didn't come with anything else it was just the phone in a box no manul or head phones took me forever to figure out how to take a screenshot and a lot of other things that where hard to find

I got the Blu phone unlocked for one of my husband's Christmas gifts. He loves it! Says he recommends anyone to use that same one!!

Good, fast, inexpensive phone. Have had to reset a couple of times to regain service.

I had a good deal at Best Buy and got 2 phones. It was for my nephews 13y and 15y old as gifts. They liked a lot and they are playing games all the time on their new phones. I’m very satisfied since they are happy. I don’t have much to say. It’s all good.

Less then 2 weeks after buying the phone the microphone will not work unless on speaker. I call best buy and they tell me to come up and they will look. I go all the way up and they tell me geek squad can't help. Why they scheduled me an appointment and told me to come up when they knew what phone I had. Total waste of time and now dealing with a warranty claim one month after purchase and have gotten no where. Do not buy android phones from best buy.

This phone is the most sluggish piece of junk I've ever owned. Has the performance of the cheapest outdated Motorola you can find while also being triple the price. This phone should be priced at least than $100, what a ripoff.

Owned a Blu phone for just over a year. It has been NOTHING but trouble. Constant error messages/software issues and dropped calls (no one else in my house, on the SAME network, has the issue).
