ok for a cheap phone

Against my wife's best wishes I snuck to Best Buy and asked the sales clerk for the cheapest android phone they had. At $60 the Blu Vivo 5 Mini was it. It is ok for the money. I wouldn't buy it for myself, but again, if you are broke and need a phone this will do.
