    Sorry, This is my first negative review on an item but this phone is beyond awful. It is super slow and the reception works for about 10 minutes then all you hear is mumbling and cutting out. Not exaggerating, this phone responds so long after you touch it you, think you didn't. The wait is unbelievably long i don't know why they sell it. I wanted to love this phone so much, it was the perfect size but i never thought in this day and age of technology it would be this bad. On the plus side, Best Buy took it back and refunded all my money. Love Best Buy for that! I will continue shopping at best buy and remain an elite member.
