They appreciate the ample storage, wireless charging capability, user-friendly interface, and stylish design. However, some users have concerns about overheating issues, dual SIM functionality being disabled after an update, occasional RAM slowness, and the phone's fragility.

Comes with two cases and two screen protectors. One is plastic one is glass. A charger, cable and headphones are included. It's wireless charge capable. Good cameras. Fingerprint reader. just needs NFC. The battery lasts me a full 12hr shift. I bought it in an emergency and am very pleasantly surprised at the quality and value for the price. If it had NFC it would compete with many top tier phones.

I've owned a couple Blu phones before this one which were the Vivo air lte all glass body the thinist phone on the market and the Studio xl both phones were good for the price range, though this model is one the best Blu has sold my model is not the Anazon version which has 6gb ram with 128gb storage this model is from Best Buy has 4gb ram and 64gb of storage and I've expanded the storage with a 32gb sd card, the phone handles multiple apps in the background with no stutter or lag and plays YouTube with no lag or pauses unlike the Studio XL that I owned. I own iPhone SE and the X and Samsung Note 9, the Vivo XI + is in the league of the iPhone X for a much better price. Blu has really stepped up they're game. I've been a fan of the Vivo series from Blu top notch devices for exceptional prices. I've reviewed both the Studio XL and this model on my YouTube channel. Yes my model doesn't get the Android 9 pie update cause of the patch for Verizon users but that is unimportant to me the phone runs smooth and will for the next 2 years.

This is my 4th Blu phone, and the best. My favorite details are (a) QI charging (SOOO easy), (b) 2 SIM cards are great for traveling, and (c) it's camera, especially in that BOOKEH mode.

Bought this not expecting much. But to my pleasant surprise it is really a nice phone . Face recognition is fast finger print is fast wireless charging is quick ... Full feature phone with video texting duo on board and nice phone interface that doesn't interfere with my life. I can't out phone on shoulder and talk without dialing another person or hanging up. Camera is good and could be a little better but I'm not having problems with it other than darkness is a little too dark. My sunrise pics have been perfect .. love this phone. Battery life is good. I'm on phone for long time and it needs a charge about 6pm. But it charges fast when needed

I've had this phone for about 9 months and have been pretty happy with it. It has plenty of storage, a decent camera for pictures in normal lighting, and is pretty fast. I love that it came with two cases and a screen protector already on. I also love the wireless charging, but it is pretty slow to charge that way. It has frozen on me a few times but works fine after powering it off and back on. I did get a screen burn and am not a gamer.

My previous daily driver, a MOTOE4+ kicked the bucket. So I had to Best buy and I'm looking through all of the unlocked devices, most of them being in boxes. However they had a few models displayed at this location I was at, and I was immediately drawn to the Vivo XI+. until I picked it up and saw it was running Android I thought it was an iPhone in the wrong section. I was pleasantly surprised to see it wasn't Android device as I am anti Apple. The phone felt solid in my hands. Lightweight but solid. The build quality was excellent. Screen was so beautiful and vibrant. I fell in love with it. I did not fall in love with a $300 price tag though. I ended up getting the Vivo xi (non plus model). I had to return it because it was defective and I decided to spring for the plus model and pay the difference in price. And it was well worth it. This phone is so snappy. I still can't believe how nice it is. Cameras work decent for being an Android phone. I will admit Androids the lack in the camera department often. The selfie Cam and the dual cam on the rear perform above average in my opinion. The screen is very responsive. Nice and bright. Call quality is fine. Battery life is average. isn't the first phone I've had that supports the QI enabled quick charging that's pretty cool. A regular fast charger has it juiced up in an hour and a half. 4 gigs of RAM and a 64 gigabytes of memory give me a lot of breathing room and if I end up feeling all 64 gigs up you can always put an SD card in. The phone is running Android Oreo however Blu is advertising a guaranteed upgrade to the next version of Android sometime early next year hopefully they follow through. The fingerprint scanner works nicely as this face ID. It rarely fails. I thought it would be gimmicky but it wasn't at all I'm impressed. By this phone but do it online so you get the $50 off .$250 out the door wasn't bad at all.

I've only had the BLU phone for a couple of weeks, but I'm quite surprised & very pleased so far. My son has the same phone & bought his when it first released, & is the reason I ordered one. He is a phone geek, but was impressed with the Blu & convinced me to try it. I've had Samsung, which I loved, & a Huawei which I also loved, but, I couldn't have replaced either at the same level of device for anywhere near the price. The BLU does everything any flagship phone would do for a much better price. There are a couple of things I wish they would add, but they're minor setting options & not deal breakers by any means. There seems to be a slight delay or lag in connection to the web, but I can't decide if that might actually be my provider, instead of the phone. I also would like better battery life, seems to need charging more often than I'd like, but again, it could be my settings instead of the phone. I'm still learning because there are so many perks & options, I will update after I've had it a bit longer. BUT, unless you just have an unlimited phone budget & can afford the latest & greatest, don't hesitate to give this phone a try, it's an excellent high end device! Even if I could afford the newest, I don't think I'd forgo the price difference because I'm just that happy with this brand & model.

Overall The phoine is quite impressive for the price near flagshgip performance for a budget price. Highlights are- Battery last me almost 2 days as I am a light user. Performed all tasks I need very fast.. Blu seems to have turned over a new leaf as the Android Pie update is already available if you register as a beta tester. Lowlights- No NFC is the biggest for me. The graphics chip in this is middle of the road so fine for avg mobile gameing but if you are a heavy mobile gamer or use graphically insensive games other options are better but is fine for regular mobile games. I would Highly recommend this phone ifas long as you are not needing NFC or p[laying high end games everything else performed flawlessly

My XS Max died from saltwater at the beach and I needed a replacement phone in a pinch. I picked this up because it included face ID, fingerprint scanner and wireless charging. The screen is very bright and colorful and the included accessories are great. The device is VERY smooth and I was able to upgrade to Android Pie 9.0 by signing up online. If there was anything I would say needs improved in this device it would be the camera. Had the camera been even a little better this would easily be a 5 star review. The camera results in low light are worse than my iPhone 4S. My 5S shoots significantly better photos/video and it is YEARS old. I'd love to see what the Google Camera APK could do here but sadly it has not yet been ported. I really hope someone finds a way to port the Google Camera app over but outside of that I am still puzzled by how this phone could be so good at this price. Even the battery life is pretty good. Excellent job Blu, but please... PLEASE do better with the cameras.

This BLU phone is an incredible value. If you are in the market for an inexpensive Android phone this is a great option which will work on many carriers including Verizon. There are many reviews online about bios flashes required to work on Verizon however the unit we received worked out of the box. We have had a few random restarts of the phone, the camera is better than average but not great. Everything else is pretty awesome about this phone. It has a really good build quality and the features are incredible for a phone at this price point. It does include wireless charging and USB C. This unit ships with Android 8.1 but BLU currently has the 9.0 upgrade available which we have not tried yet.

I haven't opened the merchandise yet as I purchased it ahead of time during Black Friday deals for my Christmas gift. The main reason(s) I choose this cell phone is due to the price, large screen size, and the brand. It'll be my first time using BLU brand. I've heard great reviews from YouTube and am excited to experience this cell phone on Christmas. I would high recommend this cell phone for anyone looking for a large screen cell phone with the latest updates of Android. This cell phone has great internal storage of 64gb which is a plus for me. The absolute selling point which made me choose this phone is it comes with a charger, screen protector, and case all ready inside the box. It also has the latest updates of Android which will not run my cell phone slow. Thank you so much, Best Buy, for selling the BLU series phone. In a couple of years, I will consider my next BLU phone from Best Buy.

I've had this phone before and regretted when I swapped to another. The camera is crisp and the battery life is amazing. Pretty much one charge can last almost all day (or night). The only issue I've noticed is if you try and use the phone with the charger thay comes with, the phone tends to overheat. But thats the only issue ive come across. Its a decently sized phone, comparable to a Samsing Galaxy S9+ or iPhone 11+. It has a really good memory size and can be upgraded with a micro sd and Google Drive storage.

This phone is exactly what I was looking for. A phone with plenty of storage, sufficient speed and no bloatware. I bought this phone for work and as a backup if anything goes wrong with my high end provider phone. I must say Best Buy has made me a believer in mid range unlocked phones. The price is right and performance is perfect for what I use it for. I work with a lot of on demand and rideshare apps and I needed a separate phone for all of my gigs. So far this phone is doing great. I don't use it for web browsing, gaming, email, multi-tasking or anything like that and I only use the camera for screenshots, so I can't really give an honest review of those features. I do have to say call quality is not great but I rarely use it to make calls either. My biggest concern was storage, RAM and bloatware and the BLU Vivo XL+ is just what I needed! If you're not a high end user then this phone will work for you!

It's my first fairly expensive phone. I kept running out of space on my old phone and it ran slow. The Blu Vivo is big, sleek, and runs smoothly and holds all my apps and photos no problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nicer phone but not high end top of the market.

I had my on a Blu phone for a few years, but being a Verizon customer I could never get one u told this model came out. When I learned it was CDMA capable and would work unlocked on the VZW network I couldnt get to the store fast enough to buy it. This phone has everything I want and need, and the quality for the price is unbeatable. It's fast enough to process multiple apps being used at the same time, the camera takes great pictures, and it's just easy to use overall. My only problem was that it's pretty thin and the back is slick so at first it kept slipping out of my hand, but a slim fit case seems to have solved that problem and gives the extra protection I need. Considering I could buy about 10 of these for the price of the newest flagship device from major brands it really is an excellent bargain device.

I had a little bit of trepidation about buying phone made by this company as I've read they only make low quality phones, but this one isn't bad, 4gb of memory and 64gb of storage for $250 dollars, the facial recognition feature works well, and the phone is generally pretty zippy. The camera how ever leaves a lot to be desired.

I've had this phone for about two weeks now. My opinions are partly due to comparison with my old phone (a Samsung Galaxy Sky), but I've been very satisfied by the performance so far. The speed is excellent, it runs flawlessly, and it's an overall solid phone. Only reasons I give it 4 stars instead of 5 are these: battery life is perfectly reasonable, but it's not a tank. If you're watching a ton of videos, etc., its juice will drain. To be fair, though, most days I go to bed with it still at 30–50%. The other thing is the camera: Again, perfectly serviceable pictures (and better than my old phone!), but if you're looking for something comparable to the new iPhone, you'll be disappointed. But for the average user, I wouldn't let that stop you. One last thing: note the dimensions. I don't have tiny hands and the size doesn't bother me, but this phone is reasonably large, and it has a little bit of heft to it. tldr: Happy with it! Runs great with no problems so far; people who want to constantly be on their phone will want to watch battery life, and people who want a perfect artist's camera should look elsewhere.

Cracked my S8! Not wanting to spend another 5-6 hundred bucks. Phone is beautiful, has everything I need in a daily driver! Got it on sale for 224, it's worth double that! Would love to see the latest Android update. Thought it would be considerably slower...it is not. Do not hesitate to buy this phone.

I was hesitant of this phone when walking their unlocked lineup, but taking a closer look at it's specs and it's design, there was no doubt in my mind that I would not regret this purchase. I've been able to use this phone with complete confidence for work and pleasure. This phone is similar to the newest iPhone but far from it's price. No regrets on this purchase. Love it!!!!!
