I got my VIVO XL for $99. At first I was debating since I don't know anyone that owns a BLU product. I kept going back and forth. But I needed a phone since my Sony Experia T2 Ultra got water damaged. I saw that the gold color sold instantly. I watched about ten reviews on YouTube and finally decided to go for it. So SO glad I did, the phone is Beautiful and powerful, I am on the Tmobile network and the 4G LTE works Great..

Tracked the phone from when it was announced in the CES 2016. Got it for $99.99. After using it for about 5 days, I can say that is money well spent. Phone looks like a costly phone, doesn't look or feel like a budget phone. Comes with necessary accessories like a screen protector, soft gel case, so you don't have to spend extra. Battery is pretty good. Large bright screen with good resolution, Access to Google Play brings all the apps home. Touch and response speed is excellent. Right now there are no cons.

I received my device today, and i have been extremely disappointed. The device looked great coming out of the box but when removing the back cover, I realized where there is typically a groove in the plastic, there was not to peel the back cover of the device off making it difficult. Upon powering up the device - I noticed crackling with the speaker, this was my second let down of my purchase already. Sound distortion from my brand new device - and lowering the volume does not help in the last - the issue is still present. The last straw is the fact that my device will not fully charge. Earlier today I left it on the charger for 4 hours but it hung at 96%, I used the device for a bit hoping it'd charge to 100% if I left it off to charge, and now the max itll charge to is 93%. I'll be returning my device, it's obvious QC didn't do their part in this rushed device.

I was not expecting much from a $150 phone but was surprised on the build quality and performance. Did have trouble connecting to a 4G network but a simple reset solved the problem. Colors appear a bit saturated but not by much. Overall a great phone.

Its a very good phone for an average customer without any prior expectations . I really like the phone with all the below features 1. Display 2. Battery 3. Look 4. Features 5 . Camera The one thing that I didnt like in this phone is Video . Once you take a video it doesnt reply with all the bright colors as you recorded . Its worst in video replay.

I can't stress enough how good the phone is. It runs as fast if not faster than nexus 5. If you are on a budget, this phone is more than comparable to do what needs to be done with a smart phone.

Rather suspicious how these are back in stock. Weren't available while they were on sale for $50 off.

Without equivocation, this the best phone I've ever used. Super fast, beautiful screen and excellent camera. Easily worth more than I paid for it. Great service, and fast shipping from Besy Buy!!

So, I actually bought this phone in Rose gold but I figured since it was the same phone I would leave my review here. I've had this phone now for a about a month and I love it! It's thin, sleek and feels good in my hand. I love the 5.5 in. screen and the black screen shortcuts. It has a few minor hiccups when changing between apps but other than that I've had no problems with it. The only thing I was worried about was the camera. I switched from a Moto X Pure Edition which has a 21 gb camera to the Blu Vivo XL with a 13 gb camera and I can honestly say that the quality of the pictures isn't too shabby when compared. I went on a road trip recently and the Blu Vivo XL took wonderful pictures while I was in a moving vehicle. Despite being in a moving car, the pictures came out beautiful, clear and crisp. I did a lot of research on this phone before I purchased it and I definitely believe I made the right choice.

Got this phone on the day it came it for $99, best decision I've made. Not only is the phone very sleek, modern and very well equipped, but it makes everyone around turn heads and ask what brand it is and that they love the design. Great cameras, and what I love the most is getting home from a long day at work and I'm still at least at 80% charge. Who doesn't love a phone that can do all that???? I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought this phone as a gift for my kid. Performance of the phone has exceeded my expectations and its more than worth for the price i bought for. I am really happy about this purchase.

If anyone doesn't like this phone for 150.00 go pay 600.00 bucks for a flagship and keep it moving! Awesome phone, Awesome value! BLU is really stepping it up as of late!

The launcher that comes on the phone isn't great but no big deal. Very responsive, and the camera quality is quite good as well unlike what i read in many of the reviews. I am very pleased thus far. For the price you can't beat it. Thank you

Thin & sleek, great camera and memory for the average users. Ideal for international travel - Dual SIM, so allow for use of local number in most countries, thus eliminating costly roaming charges.

In my opinion this is the best Android device of 2016. This Blu vivo xl is better than many other phones that will cost twice as much as this one. What impressed me that much? It is half the weight of flagship phones, yet has same or better specs. Physical menu, home and back buttons, super bright display, fast octa core processor, type c USB...

It is very slim and light. Screen looks great and takes awesome pictures

I purchased this phone when it was first released at Best Buy. After a few week's I noticed a defect in the rear camera. It would always show a faint dot near the center of the picture (even in preview). I tried to get the phone warrantied in the beginning of march. Blu Customer support had me factory reset my phone but then never followed up after I had e-mailed them back that my phone was still broken. A week later I e-mailed them again, but was told that I needed to contact a 3rd party to get the phone warrantied. I contacted the 3rd party to get the phone warrantied. I had my phone shipped and waited for a week for an update reply. A week since I sent my phone, I then e-mailed them for a status update but I didn't get a reply. A few days later (after a weekend) I called them up and they said there wasn't any update but that they could send a replacement in a different color to which I agreed. The replacement/warranty phone was sent UPS next day delivery (WITHOUT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION). Usually phones are sent with signature confirmation to assure the package is not stolen. Needless to say UPS says they delivered my package at my front door. I went home to try to find the package but it was nowhere to be found. Contacting the warranty company they said it's out of their hands once they ship the replacement. I contacted UPS and they said it's out of their hands once they deliver the package. I even tried contacting Blu, but no response for them So right now.. 4/11 after over a month of waiting to get my blu vivo xl phone fixed, I have no phone. I would not recommend this phone because if there is something wrong with the phone it would be difficult to warranty.

Originally purchsed at the introdutory $100 price but returned due to factory defect inphoe. Purchased online at $100 introductory price and returned to local store due to compatability defect in my phone. Liked the phone and wanted to exchange for working unit but all BB would do is refund my original purchase due to units being out of stock. Ordered replacement from Amazon that will be here in two days for $150. Phone: 5 stars. Best Buy Customer Service: ZERO STARS.

Its a good phone, however, too much usuage and some apps freezes as well as the phone itself every now and then. The camera is ok depending on lighting, and the services not the best. Its good but you don't get full 4G bars, mostly in country areas, certain buildings, and stores. Overall I like it, but its always something you won't like about blu phone and I don't think its worth this much money anymore after having this phone for months.

It is an awesome phone. I use it with Red pocket phone service for $200. Per year with 1000 minutes, 1000 texts and 1000 gig per month. It works great with this service. I buy from best buy because of their service and price guarantee.
