The Blue Yeti is a very solid well built microphone. In comparison is ~$350 Shure SM7B (see photo). The Yetti looks and feels every bit as solid as the legendary SM7B. The Yetti is a fairly sensitive mic. You will hear room/atmosphere noise, computer fans, and HVAC noise unless using a well acoustically treated room. As comparison the SM7B is significantly quieter as it should for two to three times the price not to mention the outboard gear required to capture it. If Michael Jackson were still alive he probably wouldn’t record Thriller with the Blue Yetti but I can’t stress enough how solid of a build and ease of plug and play the Yeti is. Have yet to need to download/install drivers for it. Plug it in and it just works. For about the price of a Shure SM58 and the options it’s a no brainer.

Great microphone sound quality and extremely easy to setup. The only draw back is that the mic is extremely sensitive and picks up any and every sound with the included desk stand. This could be negated with a mic stand and mic near your face and turning the gain all the way down. I would recommend it!

I found this Mic at our local Best Buy at a very good price. I am very please with this Mic and how easy it is to use it. We use it for video meetings and some game playing. It so much better quality than using the on board mic that's on the laptop. Recorded audio for vlogs, videos and class assignments are better in quality know that I use this Mic. The only minor issue is that it is a fairly large Mic and that it takes up desk space and sometimes gets in the way of things.

This is a great microphone for voice recording (narrative and podcast work). Nice solid build quality and an affordable price. Watch any YouTube videos on it and you'll see why so many people are using the Yeti.

The mic works great for getting clear audio on conference calls in Skype and Google Duo. It is easy to use since all you have to do is plug it in a USB port. The mic is also heavy and well built.

Love this mic, USB, plug and play. Great sound quality and many modes to setup this mic to be used however you want to. Would buy again. Got my free copy of Ghost Recon too! Gamers love games!

Installed immediately, no hassle, Windows 10 recognized it as soon as it was plugged in. Sounds completely natural, and the ability to change pickup pattern is a plus!

The combo was on sale at the time. Pretty much got the game for free. Happy kiddo. Microphone seams to pretty good quality. Plug and paly no issues setting it up.

I purchased my first Blue Yeti microphone three years ago to create educational video, for postsecondary students. I have been very satisfied with sound quality and durability of the Blue Yeti. Therefore, when my college age son (Music Ed major) needed a microphone to use in order to complete his semester classes, after COVID-19 caused his university to move all instruction, from the LSU campus to online instruction, I purchased, without hesitation a Blue Yeti microphone for him. He loves the Blue Yeti! You cannot go wrong purchasing a Blue Yeti.

I've had this mic for a while now, and so far its worked better than expected. I like how it has a gain knob on the mic itself and allows for different polar patterns to be used directly from the microphone. Overall, pretty good when it comes to gaming, podcst and recording audio, and the occasional zoom class online as well.

The Blue Yeti USB microphone is one of the best on the market. Definitely able to hear crisp, clearer audio when recording and chatting in game. Highly recommended for audio content creators and streamers.
