Blue Yeti is GREAT. Logi doesn't play with others.

Specifically - the mic works, but the camera is not recognized as a camera, EVEN using their Capture software. Hopefully either Windows or Logitech is working on a patch. The bigger problem is Logitech support - they asked me for several screenshots and then disappeared into the ether. Their website doesn't even support this product. The mic is great. Don't buy the bundle. Get a different camera.

Poor quality microphone

Theft

I have spent the last two weeks trying to get either the items or my money back. Between chat, in person manager at local store and the call center, noone seems to be able to cancel the order or solve the problem. They have all said there is some sort of systen error or glitches they can not figure out. I have multiple ticket numbers from it being escalated to try to resolve, yet nothing. At this point I feel like my money was stolen.

Not worth it. Do not buy

Camera worked like 3 times and the next time I needed it for class. Device was not detected or malfunctioned. I reported it to Logitech I can’t get warranty because it died a little over a year after purchase. New software doesn’t connect my camera to my Mac or windows pc. Mic is still holding strong. If you see this item online it’s already 30 % off … I wonder why… waste of $225. I’m sure you can buy cheaper and probably same quality for a lot less and have it be decent. I take care of all my equipment and this was sadly so disappointing

I am sorry that the C922 webcam is not working as you expected. Make sure you are using the Logitech Capture app to set your device up and keep the firmware up to date, but close it whenever you use it with other apps such as Teams or Zoom. Having multiple apps to control the camera could cause an overlapping app issue. I hope this information helps you. Piece of crap microphone

I didn't even get a chance to use it. The USB port was defective. When I contacted the manufacturer. This was the response "Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately this sort of damage isn't covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Thanks for understanding and I'm sorry that we have to decline your warranty request." For an expensive product, this was unacceptable. Choose a different brand.

Posted .Hi VanessaS, we're sorry to see that your Yeti microphone is defective. If you haven't already, check with your local Best Buy to see if they can swap the product out with another one. They have a 14 day return/exchange policy. Also, if you haven't already, please make sure the USB cord is plug into the mic and the computer all the way for optimal use! Hope that helps.

Microphone is defective

It is not related to my operating system because I can also unplug and replug it immediately after powering on my computer but well before the operating system is loaded. It must have some internal issue switching from stand-by power to full power.

I apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced with your Yeti microphone; I would like to help. This mic is supported with the Blue “Sherpa” software, I have attached a link for your reference. You may also need to update the drivers for the mic, and I would also check the drivers for the webcam as well. If you are on Windows 10, in “Device Manager” under “Audio Inputs and Outputs” you should see your Yeti reflected as one of these microphone options (Yeti may not appear in the name on this screen). You can check for driver updates by right clicking on the microphone -> select update driver -> search for drivers -> At this point you may see “The best drivers for your device are already installed” but there should be an option to “search for updated drivers on Windows Update”. Please select this option, and install these driver updates. I recommend checking for driver updates for your webcam as well, under “Imaging devices”. Through Blue “Sherpa” you can check for updates to the Yeti mic. The C922 webcam is supported with both Logitech programs “Capture” and “G Hub”. I hope you enjoy your Blue Yeti and C922 webcam. Cheap plastic parts

The pin cover inside the port is so flimsy that it broke when being plugged into the computer. Now it won’t hold the plug in. Very disappointed with quality for the price.

However the nice thing about Yeti mics is they come with a great 2 year limited warranty: https://support.bluedesigns.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033969754-Warranty-Yeti. Here is where you can file a claim to get a replacement sent out to you. Hope that helps!

Don’t buy!!

The power plug gets worn out if you adjust the microphone position slightly. I guess They expect you to unplug it before you alter positions.

Came broken

Best Buy didn’t let me return it after the 16th day, so I’m stuck with a broken mic.

Meh not what you’d expect for the price

The connection port and power cable should be moved minimally to prevent it from breaking. The Yeti Microphone is a stationary mic that performs well when left in one place.
