Love the cam not so happy with the Yeti

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.During the Pandemic you can't find a Logitech C922 or any C900 range camera, they were sold out so quickly it was crazy! I saw this combo and even though I didn't really want or need a Yeti, they came with a lot of good feedback from other buyers. The camera is great but the Yeti (of which we have ownded 2), disappoints. It is too crisp and there is no great way to solve it. Even using Audacity and watching many youtube's to see about different settings. It's a great looking Mic and the Web Cam by Logitech is spot on but I think that Rode is a better option.

Posted .Hello Sarah. Thank you for taking the time to write your review of the Pro Streamer Pack. I'm happy to hear that you're loving the C922! It really is a great all-around webcam. I'm sorry you couldn't get the Yeti to sound good for you though. Have you tried using the different polar patterns and mic placement? I've found that since the Yeti is so sensitive, you can put the microphone off to the side and it will naturally roll off some of the high frequencies that you tend to be in-your-face when the mic is too close and right in front of you.

The Logitech Webcam was a bit of a let-down.

The logi webcam is a bit of a disappointment, because it doesn't allow me to use the Logitech Capture settings/features when using Zoom. Haven't tested it with Microsoft Teams yet.

Great basic mic with a slight defect

Watch out for the USB 2 port getting loose and you'll lose power. I hope they fix this issue. Good mics for basic audio.

Coulsnt figure out why. Now its a paperweight. Unhooked it from comouter and reconnected at it and while olugfing the micro USB into the back I noticed it was broken. So that explains why it kept disconnecting. But due to coronavirus our stores were closed so I couldn't take it back as it was past the 30 days. Camera still works that came with it. Still have the receipt but not sure it will do any good at this point.

Both kids have switched over to a headset. There is a flaw with how these are made. The cord attaches to the bottom of the mic because of this the cord plug slot and plug get loose and eventually do not work..... Major flaw in design

Fun while it lasted

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Inasmuch as my Desktop computer developed a virus that the Geek Squad couldn't fix remotely, as the virus brings the entire system down, I have only been able to use the camera and microphone twice. As soon as I can get proper Geek Squad assistance I suppose I'll try again. I purchased the unit to assist in my work from home endeavors with Freshman College students.

good technical quality, poor quality of components

A plastic-looking piece inside the camera is broken. Now I have to wonder if Best Buy will replace the camera, is not even 2 months old!! Barely used but after the 30 days guarantee :(

Truly only for pc
