This was a blind buy based on my (much) earlier purchase of Planet Earth on HD DVD. All I can say is WOW! I will never get closer to seeing nature as God originally created it (in this life, anyway). Everything, from the visuals to the superlative narration by David Attenburough is pitch perfect, and the only complaint I have is the dent in the floor from my jaw dropping at the beauty of the visuals. A perfect combination for Planet Earth II

I love the quality of the colors in this one! It makes me fall in love with my TV all over again. The kids actually enjoyed watching this one.

This one takes us to one of the most beautiful and yet scary places on earth the ocean. Full of beautiful, amazing, dangerous and captivating things living in the ocean. From the deepest depths to the top of the surface. The 4k colours are bright and clear. Only disappointment was the case was damaged so I have to buy a replacement case for it.

It’s a good option if you want to see what your 4K tv can do or you just care about earth

We have watched the first one of these a while back . I was visiting one of the stores looking at the new TVs and this one was playing, I asked the sales person what the store was doing to make it look so good, he replied they were doing nothing to enhance it and promised it would look the same on my set. He was absolutely right !! This is a great DVD with a lot of new information on it and the picture is unbelievable.

The 4K DVD Blue Planet II provides breathtaking clarity and allows you to see upfront the incredible and magnificent undersea life. Images of animals such as sea turtles, Sharks, whales, and many more. This DVD includes hours of footage that introduces the audience to sea animals that are not often heard of such as the tusk fish and the giant trevallie. In overall a great viewing experience.
