The image quality of this is truly breathtaking. The animals and scenery are amazing. Even if you're not "interested" in the info about the animals, it's enjoyable to watch just for the 4K quality. I highly recommend this 4K BluRay. I've watched this on Netflix, which I have the 4K package, but the quality from the physical media is so much better than media from a streaming service.

The quality of the footage is stunning with the classic voice of David Attenborough providing commentary and Hans Zimmer providing music. The filming took four years to complete and is nicely edited in 7 episodes that are roughly 50 minutes each. It's a wonderful exploration of our planets oceans and a reflection on their beauty and importance. All in all a great buy.

I absolutely was blown away by this documentary! About 7 episodes with some extras here and there. The beauty of the world is displayed at a mind blowing 4K with HDR and my oh my am I tickled with goodies! This seriously will show off your tech and you’ll love learning what this has to offer! I’ve learned so much about different species and ocean environments!

Like Planet Earth II, Blue Planet II is a showcase for a 4K TV. The HDR image is breathtaking and the audio, while not Atmos or DTS:X is excellent. There are seven episodes covering life in our oceans and they are all interesting. Like PE II, Blue Planet II is another monumental achievement in documentary film making and should be added to your collection.

I have been a fan of this series since the start with Blue Planet. The series is informative, fun, and visually great to watch. This past year i got a 4K TV and DVD player, and this series is now visually stunning! Well worth the investment to truly appreciate the work and effort that goes into making a series like this. I highly recommend.

This entire series left our entire family spellbound while watching. It is the epitome of the term 'eye-candy' when viewed in 4k HDR. It also left us gobsmacked on numerous occasions with the wild, weird, wonderful world that exists below the surfaces of the seas. This is educational, entertaining and eye opening. It is a must see.

David Attenborough does it again in this amazing animal/nature documentary of the ocean. You'll be enthralled with the amazing videography on this documentary with crisp 4k quality.

This is a great companion to Planet Earth II. The picture and sound quality are top-notch. Although there are some scenes repeated in multiple episodes, overall there is a large volume of great never-been-seen material. Other than some occasional fish-eat-fish violence, it is mostly suitable for the entire family.

The scope, and the detail, of this documentary leaves almost nothing to be desired. The photography is so beautiful that it's difficult to adequately describe; and David Attenborough's narration fits as comfortably as a favorite pair of slippers. I highly recommend this product for persons of all ages.

I have always enjoyed BBC nature documentaries. They are full of great information, stories, and visuals. This is much of the same, and it looks fantastic in 4K. If you enjoy this type of content, you won't be disappointed.

For decades now David Attenborough and the BBC crews have been the recognized pinnacle of wildlife documentary making. This is no exception. If you have a good 4k HDR set-up, don't even think about buying any other version. This kind of thing is the reason for having 4K HDR.

Any 4K HDR TV owner equipped with a 4k UHD blu-ray player needs to have this in their collection. Will show off the capabilities of a 4K TV like little else. Up there with Planet Earth 2 although I preferred that series a bit. David Attenborough is great as always.

This movie is amazing!! It is just as good as the other Plant Earths and with it being in 4k and watching it on a 4k ultra t.v. the picture quality is great. Almost looks fake. This is a great movie to show others when showing off your 4k ultra t.v.

if you liked planet earth 2 4K you will be blown away by this. The photography used in this series is mind blowing. Its like your swimming with the fishes. Pick it up today you'll have no regrets.

I bought this 4K so I could see what a good picture my new 4K TV has but I gave it to my daughter for her birthday instead. Then I watched it at her house and was so amazed at how beautiful it was that I just had to buy it for myself again

My husband loves the Blue Planet abc Planet Earth series (anything with David Attenborough in it, really - I think he’d leave me for him if given the opportunity :). This UHD Blu-ray set is stunningly beautiful. Felt like we were right there!

i am a huge fan of the BBC nature documentaries, always have been, but seeing these 4K productions has perhaps even more wow factor than when we made the move from SD to HD. as always, the content is also top notch. you won't be disappointed.

This movie is great. I own a XBR55A1E OLED tv and it is a show stopper. I have put this movie on for some of my friends and it left them in awe. The camera angles, the stunning videography, and the awesome content make this worth every penny!
