sound quality and noise cancel excellent. 3 stars due to bulky and heavy. battery life excelnt works great if use headband, but as a over the ear only, doesn't fit real well

Very nice device with great sound clarity. Battery life Is superb. I have it paired with two phones and it works without a hitch.

Works well but a bit too large. Easy to use and can be uncomfortable over extended periods.

Great Bluetooth, although for whatever reason isn't quite as good as the other Blue parrots I have owned. I bought this as I truly got tired of the boom mike being in the way whenever I attempted to back up the truck. I am content with it as it doesn't get in the way at all ever but it doesn't have the battery capacity of my last Blue parrot and it doesn't connect as quickly either.

Nice and compact compared to other BlueParrott models but with the smaller size comes less battery power I’ve gotten 10hrs of use.The noise cancellation it pretty decent. It comes with different style hooks two around the back of the neck style one for the Right and the other for the left ear. One for over the head use and a few ear hooks as well as the ear tips

Not a product for big guys, the over the head & both around the ears unit holder were too small making fit uncomfortable. My primary reason for returning this product was low volume on hearing call conversations. The unit itself is too heavy to rely on just the in the ear holders.

The volume range was much better than any other of the many earpieces I have used. However, I ended up returning it. It is large and much heavier than most cell phone bluetooth headsets. Because of its weigh it will not stay in the ear without using the headband. I would only recommend it for office use if you don't mind using a headband to hold it in place. Any background noise (i.e. keyboarding, opening an envelope, etc) is very amplified.

works good for me. Truck driver and the noise inside the truck is loud but I am able to hear and be heard without any problems. I would recomend this product to friends and family

I bought this one because it said it was engineered for high level noise environment"s but it's not any better than the previous ones I've had. I do like the options it has for different ways of wearing it making it more comfortable than the others. The battery seems to last a long time.

It was to heavy and bulky. It was hard to get it to answer by voice. It had great sound on the speaker in the ear piece and I always asked whoever I was talking to how I sound and they said it sounded great. If it was little like my plantronics I would have kept it.

This product is difficult to use. I need the hands-free for work, and even when I am next to the phone, I have to shout to have it answer an incoming call. The headset is not really adjustable, so it sort of sits on the head, making for an uncomfortable day with the glasses and mask I must also wear. Don't get me wrong; when it works, it is beautiful!

Works great. Just the fit I was looking for with one ear, outside ear, and behind head not over. Sometimes I wish it had a touch more volume, bit then that may not be good for ears. Weird layer on outside of headset peals off on its own like black rubber

Best bluetooth I've had so far. Sound quality is great. Noise cancelling is very good. So comfortable I forget I'm wearing it at times. It says 10 hour talk time but I've gone way beyond that without charging. Overall excellent bluetooth! I'd recommend highly.

PROS: plays music, works like a normal BT. Easy connect. One touch on. CONS: poor sound quality. Heavy piece. Attachments are very flimsy and don’t hold onto ear with comfort. If I want to hold my blutooth I might as well hold the phone. The manufacturer for this style needs to offer a more sturdy attachment for this to stay on the ear. I got aftermarket pieces to make it work enough as long as I’m not moving my head around too much. It will stay on my ear. If the attachments were correct for this model this would be a solid one... I brought 2 and the other one is sitting in the drawer PLEASE FIX THAT 1 THING.... Oh and the sound quality is low and can use improvement, on the receiving end.

Device works as advertised but dose not function iPhone voice controls so for me it’s bitter sweet as I really enjoy the audio quality and noise canceling but could really use the phone voice control.

Has great sound, the battery lasts a long time. I like the different options to wear it. I use the one that goes behind my head. Very comfortable.

Good product. I’ve had other blue parrots that were not as sleek. This one is just as good and does the job. Good noise cancellation and sounds clear.

If you want a strap over the head or behind the neck it probably will work ok. Without that it wouldn't stay in place. The mic is good if positioned near the mouth. Sound quality is good if positioned directly at the ear canal.

This device isn't what I expected it to be. The device lacks a pause and resume function for media. It's not as sleek and premium as I would have loved for the price tag. However it came packed with several accessories. The one I bought wasn't able to turn off for some reason. Had to return.
