This headset was purchased so I could make calls to clients while away from my home office. For example, a local coffee shop. My thought was I would not only be able to hear my clients, especially the older population Baby Boomers I work with, but that they would also be able to hear me. THe background noise is not suppressed at all.a Additionally, you cannot be far from the cell phone at all. Not a good headset if working from home and you need to walk from a home office to the kitchen. Returned and refunded.

We bought this for my husband to use for hands free driving. It works great, is easy to use, and if comfortable.

I'm actually pleased with this, considering the quality of previous Bluetooth headsets I've had. Voices are clear; not as good as talking through the mouthpiece, but still much better than other BT headsets I've used. The only negative I have is the headband tends to drift. I can't quite seem to get it to stay where I want it on my head; it keeps slipping. Other than that, I'm quite pleased with this item.

Overall the product is good but bulky. I gave it to my drivers and sometimes it's hard to hear them ( but it's better than the LG around the neck ones)

I have had other headsets, and none of them comes close to the clarity of this one. Perfect for hands-free driving

We use this product in our business for our drivers when they are driving wreckers or service trucks and they work excellent! Would highly recumbent this product.

The headset is comfortable and relatively easy to use. The buttons are close together and therefore it is easy to hit the wrong one when answering the phone.

It works great with my phone, And my Garmin GPS. There is One thing wrong. My phone and My Garmin GPS is not. So they Don't work together.

I have purchased three of these in the last 2 years and have no problem with them. All are still working perfectly!
