Good Bluetooth but not black

What a disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I telecommute and have been using a USB headset for years. My setup uses VOIP for my telephone and my old laptop was getting long in the tooth so I decided to upgrade my entire setup - New PC with Bluetooth, new improved headset - I did my research, this headset gets great reviews - and it sounds wonderful. It worked great with my cellphone but whenever I pair it to my PC for VOIP it doesn't pick up the mic as strongly as it should, and people hear "choppy" voices when I call them or answer the phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's just....terrible. Also, the headset is too small for my head, I have it extended out to the maximum and the ear rest is still quite high on my head. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be returning for a refund...
