The item was good but there was not enough time set aside to complete the installation. That will require another appointment and a trip to have it done. Not good service./ In addition, whoever set up the appointment got the radio model and car model numbers wrong.

My husband and I came in to purchase a new car stero for our daughter. Because neither of us had a clue as to what to purchase we depended on the associate's recommendation. it's a nice unit. has all the features my husband desired. he's an over the road truck driver and needs to still purchase a specific antenna for his semi for his sirius radio, but he is happy

I am happy with my purchase. And was pleasantly surprised that when I took the radio to have it installed, the install was free. I usually buy all my electronic items from Best Buy. And upon ordering tye radio, the website even checked to make sure it fit my car.

This was supposed to be a high power unit, and I bought speakers to match, and it sounded terrible. I had to buy an amp. Maybe if this replaced a factory radio it would work better with factory speakers. Can’t say it’s bad tho it has some real nice features

I like the prices of everything. I’m just surprised there was only one guy doing stereo and car electronics installs. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment. The install area is only big enough for 2 cars. I think you need to have at least 4 bays and 4 technicians.

Only problem was that item was shipped to my home rather than to store. My home address has 4 lines and store computer system only allows for 3 lines, resulting in delay in delivery. If item was shipped to store it would have eliminated the delay as store was installing it.

this deck is nice, at the time i purchased it was not my first choice, due to limited selection i took a chance on this one and was pleasantly pleased. the EQ controls let you really tune in to your musical tastes.

The installation was very quick, and done very professionally. The Attendant was professional and pleasant. had to drive quite a few miles away from "my" Best Buy, but the service I was given made it worth the drive. Well done!!!

It's everything I wanted in an updated car stereo. Great to upgrade my 24-year-old standard stereo to this!
