This thing is horrible. It worked okay for maybe a day? Now it's louder than my non-robot vacuum when it runs. It's constantly slamming into walls and desperate to get up onto the shag carpet, where it gets stuck, EVEN THOUGH I have those bot-boundary magnetic strips set up (ugly), it will just slam itself into the strips until it can jump over it. The vacuum is huge and heavy to accommodate a giant camera that apparently does nothing. I have no idea how this vacuum learns a space or does anything. I also have to keep resetting the connection to wi-fi and my Google Home because!! I don't even remember!! It will just lose the connection any time something goes wrong. It's IMPOSSIBLE to reconnect to the dock manually if the robot dies while it's out and about. It's truly so hard and I have had to do it no less than 20 times in the last 3 weeks. Since BB only has a two week return window, I am stuck with this huge piece of junk, since I kept HOPING it would magically learn my apartment and start working.

I have to manage all aspects of housework and with everything that’s going around I decided to reward myself with a robot vacuum, and boy am I glad I did. Every evening when I take my kids out for a walk, Bobby as I call it picks up every bit of hair and mess from floors, under the tables, cabinets, beds and I can track it on my cellphone while it cleans. It’s thin and fits well under our furniture, and not too noisy so the cats are not disturbed like they usually are when I vacuum.

I only have 3 months of having it and it can no longer charge

I had my doubts but when I found it on sale I had to give it a try. I know some of the reviews say that it did great for a several months then stops but I’m hoping that this one will stay as strong as it is now. No complaints so far but fingers are crossed.

The bObsweep PetHair Vision works very well. It was easy to set up and the mobile app is simple. The robot sucks up a lot of pet hair and dirt. I need to empty the dustbin every time.

This is good but it goes back over the same places and misses others. Glad I bought it but a little disappointed. Customer service was fantastic the only time I called. I think I need practice using it.

I am impressed with the areas that this vacuum is able to access and clean. It transfers from hardwood to carpet with ease and has quite the "off-road" capability when it comes to going over objects. The only thing that I don't like is that if you pick it up while it is in the middle of cleaning to clean it out, it can not find its way back to the docking station when you return it to the floor to clean. It will only find its way back if you do not interrupt it at all. Otherwise it is a great little vacuum. Full disclosure I got this at a deep discount off of the $800 pricetag, so this is a great vacuum for what I ended up paying.

I already own (and love) a different bObsweep vacuum, so I was really excited to try this “upgraded” one! This Bob is seriously the quietest robot vacuum ever - when we first tried him out, I couldn’t even tell he was in “vacuum mode” because he was so quiet! He does a crazy-good job getting in every corner and covering every inch of my home. I love how he seamlessly navigates between wood floors, rugs, and carpet with no issues. Also, the bObsweep app has changed the vacuum game! It’s so cool to be able to use Bob from my phone. I highly recommend purchasing any bObsweep product, especially the PetHair Vision Robot Vacuum. It’s worth every penny - you will not regret this purchase!

This thing works fairly well as a vacuum. It fills the dust bin pretty well but it misses areas. I have two rooms of carpet and the rest is vinyl plank with 2 area rugs. It seems to build a map every time it runs and gets itself off-track each time. Relocating the machine has helped some but its not good enough. The map on the phone doesn't match where it is quite often and gets worse the longer the machine runs. One time when my iPhone decided to download a new version of the app, the robot quit. It seems to be totally dependent on the app. I reopened the app and the robot started again but the map of where it had cleaned was gone. The disappearing map has happened at least one other time. After 4-5 runs it has yet to stop cleaning and find the charging station on it s own. Its gets lost and I have to pick it up and move it to about 5 feet from the charging station, then it finds it. You can't make it do specific areas. The app allows preset cleaning times but only at 10:00AM on whatever days you choose. Thankfully I did not pay full price for this thing. I'll keep using it but I can't leave it on its own. The app, the robot and its programming need a lot more work. Do not pay full-price for this!

Works amazingly well. We bought it for upstairs to pick up cat litter that gets dragged out and it picks up everything. Definitely recommend. Still having issues connecting to the app but It’s not tough to push a button.

Stops randomly in the middle of the room every few minutes and we need to press a button to restart. so we have to keep following it around to wait for it to stop and then restart it, which defeats the whole purpose of a robot vacuum. When it does work, however, it picks up a lot of dust and you can easily tell the room has been vacuumed.

Works very well, but sometimes has a hard time finding its “home”. I do not have any area rugs at the moment, but it does fine transitioning from hardwood to carpet. I got an amazing deal on it, so it was well worth it.

I was working great then all of a sudden stopped!!! Get warranty!!!

Handles cleaning very well, does tend to get hung up on loose cords, so make sure these are pulled up out of the way.

Wanted to love it but often found it dead in the corner or other strange spot. Unit was suppose to return to base when battery was low but didn't. Speaking of the base, when the unit was seeking to return it often became confused as how to get there and took longer to dock than it exactly cleaned the floor.

Does not go back to the charger, does not map like stated. Very disappointing vacuum, went and bought a generic non-brand one does a much better job than this thing. I have to find the vacuum every single time to bring back to charger. DO Not Buy!

Jokes aside, this vacuum really does a great job. It is very simple to use and maintain. It is amusing to watch "him" move around and clean areas. Amazing technology!

I initially bought the PetHair Plus but no connectivity and random navigation was frustrating... Plus it was too tall and kept getting stuck under things. The Vision solves all those problems, but the only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a manual control option. Sometimes I want to use it in a quick spot but end up going for the broom instead because it wants to go somewhere else. Seems like an easy fix, Bob! Otherwise, works great and I like the mop attachment!

I've had Bob for about a year. I love having him help me clean house. I was gone on vacation for a while and had him turned off. When I got back he worked a few times, then quit. I tried everything I could think of to get him charged again, but nothing worked. I sent a message to the service group through the app. I got a response that day and followed their instructions. It worked! I was happy to have him back on the job.

This week for brushes are much larger than the last Bob sweet that I had. I do find it has more difficulty returning to its charging station. It also goes off line more frequently.
