It's a good vacuum, got it on sale for a really good price. Overall it works well, and it's nice that you can set up when you want it to clean automatically on the app. It does have issues with cleaning all the floors, since it sometimes won't go in a room unless it's put in there. And it will get stuck from time to time, so you might need to keep an eye on it while it's working.

This is great addon for your home cleaning gadgets. And I got this on deal of the day and for that price it is more worth it. The addon options are greatly easy and cost effective. We can have mopping option for $49 of addon. Sometimes it finds difficult in finding its home to dock. Other than that it is all works great. No scratches around the corners or walls.

Picked up trash but bumped into a lot of walls despite having sensors.

Very efficient, gets the cat hair and dirt out of carpet very well. Could be better on room edges but does a better job than previous models. Only 4 stars because gets stuck easily- wires, carpet edges etc. Long time Roomba and Neato user. Bought this one for the two spinning brushes for room edges. Overall good vacuum.

This little guy cleaned pretty dang well, but... it would never connect to my wifi. I have the required connection speeds and devices and as many times as I tried, which included using the videos from the manufacture, other user's videos, and contacting support - I could not get it to work. So... I returned it. It kind of defeats the purpose if it won't connect to wifi, because it doesn't learn your home, and you can't automate when it comes on or where it goes.

We love this robot vacuum. Not as many features as the more expensive ones, but completely adequate. Have black patterned rug, so needed to turn off edge detection as per instructions. Customer service was very responsive as to battery issues, software update fixed.

Doesn't quite pick everything up, but didn't expect it to. Occasionally has a hard time getting back to home base. Able to set it up on a timer and it goes by itself when we are all asleep. Got this on sale and it was definitely worth the $199.

I was worried shortly after I ordered this simply because of the reviews that people have made. I’m the type that likes to get it myself and see how true that is. Honestly I did a lot of comparing to other models. And by far from just the comparing alone this model is the best in my opinion. I have had this product for about a week now and it has not let me down once. It really does pick up the cat hair and anything that in it’s way. I like to watch the little things roll all over because it never just run straight into things it slowly get up to it and goes around it. I’m happy with my order and it’s helped a lot around the house since we do have two cats.

Vacuums really well. Would be a better product if there were more instructions on how to use it. It seems to vacuum over the same spots over and over before moving to the next spot. Can not just turn on and let it vacuum a larger house. Gets stuck often. If you vacuum room by room seems to do better.

Although it requires more of a wifi signal than my current provider, it is able to clean with a touch of my finger. it is very thorough with its pattern and slim enough to get under a lot of furniture. Very happy with this purchase.

We are really amazed at how much pet hair this vacuum picks up. We have had other, similar sweepers in the past and the battery lasts much longer than the others we have had. The app work on my iPhone but had some initial issues with my husband’s android. Since we first purchased, the app has been updated and works fine for his phone model. We are able to set it up on a program mode and it sweeps when we have it programmed to do so. I do not have reservations in recommending. Comes with an extra brush and more than one extra filter.

Was very excited to get the bot and start using. Worked well for about a month and then started to not be able to find its base station. We would have to pick it up and take back to charge. After a couple days of that it decided to no longer turn on. We took it back and went with another bot. Only reason I’m giving it any stars is because when it worked it actually did really well. Kept the dog fur cleaned up nicely.

Bobsweep is a big help although it does get stuck under things quite often. It wouldbe nice if when it got stuck somewhere once that it would know to avoid that spot the next time. Im searching quite often to find where its stuck

This thing is horrible. It worked okay for maybe a day? Now it's louder than my non-robot vacuum when it runs. It's constantly slamming into walls and desperate to get up onto the shag carpet, where it gets stuck, EVEN THOUGH I have those bot-boundary magnetic strips set up (ugly), it will just slam itself into the strips until it can jump over it. The vacuum is huge and heavy to accommodate a giant camera that apparently does nothing. I have no idea how this vacuum learns a space or does anything. I also have to keep resetting the connection to wi-fi and my Google Home because!! I don't even remember!! It will just lose the connection any time something goes wrong. It's IMPOSSIBLE to reconnect to the dock manually if the robot dies while it's out and about. It's truly so hard and I have had to do it no less than 20 times in the last 3 weeks. Since BB only has a two week return window, I am stuck with this huge piece of junk, since I kept HOPING it would magically learn my apartment and start working.

I had my doubts but when I found it on sale I had to give it a try. I know some of the reviews say that it did great for a several months then stops but I’m hoping that this one will stay as strong as it is now. No complaints so far but fingers are crossed.

It works well. Unfortunately it does not come with a remote control. Without a remote control you can not steer it to where you want it to go. It does pick up the dirt and dust very well, but again I’m not overjoyed with it due to no remote.

I am impressed with the areas that this vacuum is able to access and clean. It transfers from hardwood to carpet with ease and has quite the "off-road" capability when it comes to going over objects. The only thing that I don't like is that if you pick it up while it is in the middle of cleaning to clean it out, it can not find its way back to the docking station when you return it to the floor to clean. It will only find its way back if you do not interrupt it at all. Otherwise it is a great little vacuum. Full disclosure I got this at a deep discount off of the $800 pricetag, so this is a great vacuum for what I ended up paying.

This is good but it goes back over the same places and misses others. Glad I bought it but a little disappointed. Customer service was fantastic the only time I called. I think I need practice using it.

I have owned my bobsweep now for over a year and he works amazingly. He is able to clean my whole house of 1500 sqft. We have both tile and hard wood floors and bob is able to transition from one to the other with no problem and pick up any dirt or pet hair with ease. I did have an issue with my bobsweep with him not wating to charge. I had to contact customer service and i have to say this is the best customer services i have interacted with very helpfull and easybto deal with. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the product you have purchased.
