    The night I bought the phone seamed to be ok, I guess. Went back the next day & it was a nightmare. After several trips dealing with the 2 full time employees, it got straightened out finally. The two seasonal workers that sold me the phone did not know anything. It was all screwed up & took days to fix. If I buy from there again, it will be with someone that knows exactly what they are doing and they will be a seasoned employee. My luck has not been good there with part time, seasonal & new employees that have no clue on what to do or help. I am only going to deal with someone who knows there stuff or I will head somewhere else. I do appreciate the 2 full time guys. They did what they could to rectify the disaster.
