Not that much of an eyesore, great strength, and doesn’t slip so much

So far I’m loving this BodyGuardz case for my IPhone 13 Pro Max. I like the somewhat clear design. The fit is perfect. I have both a screen and a camera protector (both sold separately) on my phone. Sometimes these things can interfere with the fit of a case. Not an issue here. The screen protector fits with just enough room for the case without the two touching. The camera protector has been an issue for me with other cases. Often the protector is to big for the opening in the case. Not a problem here. Perfect fit. The side buttons work perfectly as well. None of that needing to push really hard or misalignment with the buttons that some cases have. I do wish there was a fold out piece to protect the lightning port, but that’s a minor complaint. The cutout for the ringer/silence slider is just right. As for protection, I think this will work great. I haven’t dropped it (yet) and I’m not going to drop it on purpose just to test it :-) But the case is made of a soft rubber that feels like it will protect well and cushion the blow. All in all a great case.

Case looks very high end with clear back and half sides with frosted front section with grip grooves in the plastic. This gives the case an unusual look from other clear cases, of which there are a lot. This case is flexible but fairly rigid in design and fits the iPh13ProMax very well. The camera opening has elevated sides which help to protect the camera, but it is a big opening. I do prefer the case with individual camera openings instead of one big one. The case has a 8ft drop rating, and is antimicrobial which supposedly keeps the case bacteria free. The inside of the case opposite the clear back has a 'rough' side to keep the case from sticking to the phone and showing like water spots. Buttons work well without sticking but are a little hard to push, especially when trying to power on and off the phone. The case is supposed to be 'magsafe' but with any magnets in the case, it is marginally magnetic and will not stick vertically on my car dash holder. It will hold a 'magsafe' light charger connector that does not support the phone weight.

Dropping phones all the time, I do care about quality and feel of the cases I use. Since I started using this BodyGuardz case, I have already dropped my phone at least twice and not a single scratch. It was never over a 4- or 5-foot drop, but it has already convinced me that it does protect my phone from myself. it has an 8-foot drop rating, which is more than adequate for me. It has an anti-slip grip, but I don’t usually drop my phone because it slips. It’s mostly because I leave it on my legs or other surfaces and forget about it. But most people will probably drop their phone less with it. I am glad it doesn’t change the look of my iPhone too much. It is also light and comfortable unlike most hard cases and doesn’t interfere with Apple Magsafe. The raised bumper also protects the camera and buttons. it is nice to know that it has anti-microbial properties with PureGuard. I can’t testify how well it works, but if it is anything like some products I deal with in healthcare, my phone is in good hands. This is actually the main reason I recommend this case.

After spending 45 minutes trying to find the actual case i wanted that was a part of the promotion that the entire staff was not aware of! This case has made the screen protector begin to bubble and peel off, i tried to get a magsafe case that none of the employees knew where they were located, they got fed up trying to find the case i wanted and provided this was the only option. Definitely not a good case, not magsafe compatible at all!

The clear case is not quite clear, slight yellowish tint at least to my untrained eye. I think I like that as all my prior supposedly clear cases eventually develop a yellowish tint due to I think sunlight exposure. The case has a nice rubbery feel, super grip ability and the protection offered to me is fantastic. I dropped my phone on purpose on my kitchen tile floor from about waist high, 3-4 feet, with no issues. I like these types of cases because without adding too much excessive weight, you get a way to showcase your phone’s color as well as providing good protection. Access to buttons, charging port and cameras is great. The camera is just a big cutout, so camera clarity is not reduced and still protected. Cleaning your phone is easy, the case is easily removed so you can wash your phone which I do. I love that my phone color is visible to me as well as to others. I am an adult so usually protective of my case and find I do not need to go to any extreme measures to safeguard my phone, the case offers more than enough protection. I do not even use a screen protector, never cracked any of my phones using these types of cases. The price is phenomenal and on sale and even greater buy.

Good, does the job, Wish there was a clear option

Just got my BodyGuardz Carve Classic Case for my Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max a few days ago and have been loving it since. When I get a new iPhone yearly, I usually always go with an Otterbox case. Usually the Commuter or Defender Case. However, I opted to try out this BodyGuardz Case which I've tried BodyGuardz a while back. This case is kinda like a frosted clear white case and its fairly simple and easy to use. Just take your phone out of its old case, and simply pop it into this one. I have been using this case since getting it because I love that I can show off the color of my phone. However, be warned that even though its protected around the edges and all the ports and buttons are easy to get to, if the phone falls flat, the screen will most likely crack. The lens area on the back of the case seems to be protected pretty good with the edges raised up a bit around the lens area. The good thing about this case is that it is a strong durable plastic rather than that cheap gel cases that every manufacturer pops out when new phones are released. Also another plus is that this case is grippy on this sides to help keep you phone from slipping outta your hand.

This case is fantastic. I like that it is clear enough to still allow the blue color of the back of my iPhone to show through. The sides have a nice grip to them. I never feel like the phone is going to slip from my hands. I use a standing wireless charger for my phone each night. And this case still allows it to sit in the stand and charge. No issues. Yay. Also when using it in my car with Appleplay it does not slide around on my dash. It is easy to put on and take off as needed. I have not yet attached a pop socket to it but I think that will be my next option to try. I am very pleased with the case and would recommend this to anyone with an iPhone. The sides have a nice textured design. There is a nice cut out for the mute switch also. Some cases are bulky but this is nice and thin and I almost forget I even have it on the phone. The use buttons are super easy to press. I have had other cases where it is difficult to press. But not this one. Super easy and responsive. This is a must have

This case arrives just in time for an upcoming trip. Excellent protective properties, like hard sidewalls and stiff screen surround. A nice bumpered edge protecting the screen and the camera bump. I am worried that these edges and sides of the case will deteriorate and yellow over time even if only exposed to finger and hand oils and general contact surfaces. I don’t see any indication of a difference in construction of this case and others that have done the same, but when new it’s a very unobtrusive design that showcases Apple’s aesthetic well, without pushing too much of its own. Branding on the actual case is minimal and looks nice enough. If the colorfastness and yellowing stays away I may have to stock up on these for my whole family, who all seem to prefer clear cases (whether ti show off their phones styling, embedded stickers, or just our kid’s preferences for no additional style provided by the case. Protects and showcases. Job well done. Let’s keep it clean and clear and we have a winner!

The BodyGuardz Carve Classic Case is an excellent choice to protect your iPhone 13 Pro Max from drops while being able to show it off. It's a clear case that is not slippery to hold due to the non slip two tone pattern texture around the edges. Another great feature besides the antimicrobial, is how well it does against smudges. A lot of the clear cases I've owned in the past would quickly get smudge up. With shock absorbing corners BodyGuardz does claim up to 8 ft of drop protection. The only issue I have with the case is lip area on the front side being more on the shallow side. I would of prefer a little bit more to provide much greater protection for the front screen. Since it's a slim case it does interfere at all with wireless charging, also making it magsafe compatible. I also did not have any issues with my screen protector. Overall I must say it's a good case that looks good on my iPhone 13 Pro Max without making it bulky. The iPhone 13 Pro Max is already a big device as is, so for me a slim case is a must but also must be able to provide good drop protection.
