This heater works well with heat from all around the unit. It's not as tall as the usual heater (only 6 feet) which puts the heater closer to the area where we sit on our patio. The controls are easy to use. The flame fills the glass enclosure if you turn the control to max. The assembly is OK but is much easier with 2 people. Once it was finished, we turned it on and let it run for 10 minutes to have it break in and get up to speed. Attaching the propane tank was also very easy. It's a very nice unit and works well.

Took a while to assemble but it was worth it. Really like the look of the heater when it’s on and it puts out a good amount of heat. It also lights up the area substantially. Bought a cover so I help that helps protect the ignition system. Might be worth strapping it down if it gets windy.

Reasonably easy to build. It is actually quite attractive. Super cool with the flame on. Not the warmest heater ever, but it looks so cool that it makes up for that. It is a little hard to figure out how to light it. I got it on a good sale, so overall I am happy.

Excellent heater. Looks fantastic on and off. Easy to maneuver with provided wheels. Set-up was a breeze. Packaging came damaged but product was packed well and wasn’t damaged. Excellent adjustment to really dial in the perfect amount of heat.

This Induction heater is so much better than the kind that has the flame at top of the heater stand. For one thing the heat comes from the sides as well as the top. The visual effect is also so much better. The flame can be very small of roaring through the glass cylinder. Winter is over for us in the south, but believe me when I say this heater will be back under my Gazebo next fall.

I bought 3 of these rapid induction heaters... they were shipped and arrived in only 2 days. There is some assembly which I thought was fairly easy but could be complicated if you are not good at that kind of thing. They work wonderfully and look great when on or off. The propane flow is adjustable so you can control the flame/heat. One unit did have a glass clip(tac-welded) which was missing on the upper ring. I opened a conversation with the help line and in 2 days received a replacement ring, excellent service!

Had a cold spell this week and wanted to sit on deck. Turned on this outdoor heater and in minutes felt very comfortable to sit outside and watch the sunset.

This unit is great to set ambience in your entertaining area, but you literally have to stand next to it to feel the heat. I believe the major flaw is with the smaller top cap which does not reflect the heat downward. This in my opinion is due to keeping the top cap smaller as to not ruin the look of the unit.

Bought 2 units, both factory damaged. Bought replacement, also damaged. Living w damage. Tired of the admin of it all.

Sent me the wrong color from what i ordered. Now, its a pain to return!

These are better than the ones with the hood on top. To my luck Best Buy had them on sale and I had to buy not one but two of them.

This heater looks great when lit and went together fairly easily. I looks great on the patio too!

Can’t get any heat less than 6 ft off the ground. Nice to look at the flames for a little ambiance.

If you’re looking for a decorative piece that helps to light up your patio, this is perfect. If you’re looking for something that will significantly heat up your patio space, look elsewhere. You have to be within 2 feet of this heater to actually feel some warmth. I returned mine after trying it a couple times.

Seems to be good. I bought it on sale after winter, so i'll have to wait to see what kind of heat it puts out.

Already Starting to Rust After 3 Months. All the screws and bottom rim rusting.
