I recieved this item as a birthday gift from my wife and daughter, the first chair arrived and one of the speakers crackled and went out. I called and was very quickly sent a second chair, which did the same thing. I called again, this time just requesting that the money be refunded to our debit card, and was told 3 separate times now that an email with the return postage had been sent to me so I could receive a refund, but it's been almost a month and I have recieved no further emails from best buy. Terrible customer service.

The chair is comfortable but we had to return the first one due to the built in sound system not functioning properly.

This chair was so amazing, the speakers were very loud

My son loves this chair. It is comfortable and the sound is good. Had little bit of hard time getting it set-up with his Xbox but it think that was more of an issue with game console than the chair.

The sound is horrible lot of static and random nose, Bluetooth does not work with anything. I tried it with 15 different devices and only my son's IPhone 5c could find it. I bought it on the 8th of December for Christmas present so we didn't know it didn't work till after the return policy expired. Best buy and the manufacture wont take it back or replace it. so I have a $180 game chair that does nothing. even though the description say's it works with most gaming systems the manufacture say it doesn't. be warned this is a waste of money.

This is the worst piece of junk I've received in a very long time. It's drop shipped by Lumisource, LLC. The sound is terrible, all kinds of static and feedback, and you might as well be sitting on a piece of plywood or concrete. Plus, if you have to ship it back to where it came from - try $42 for UPS ground!!!!

My son loves this chair. It is comfortable and has great sound. He was looking for something that had vibration. This has it but it did not work as well as he had hoped.
