This is a good gaming chair for my 9 year old! The sound crackles a little when it's moved around but overall it is a good chair. I do wish the cords were longer.

My two son's love this gaming chair that they got for Christmas. Pretty heavy construction + quality seems very well + has so far given us no problems.

Not Surround Sound

I brought this item for my son for Christmas and when I finally tried to hook it up to his game console there was vibration but no sound. The item description said surround sound; so where is the sound??? Other than the sound problem the chair serves its purpose!!

High price for not working!

The shipping went very well.
It was the chair and the service.
My son and pulled it out of the box znd connected it up to the Xbox and the thing didn't work. We called two different stores located near us and explained that we ordered it online from Best Buy and it didn't work straight out of the package. Both times we were told that someone will call us back. We are on week # 4 and have yet to hear from anyone.
