This is not a dependable device. It seems to work when you need it the least.

Worst than the equipment is the customer service. I was told I would get a called back from 2 different representIves and neither called. I returned the hot spot and lost $50.00.

Picked it up from best buy the other day and activated it and it is quick. Only con is there is no option to control data off the 4G hotspot unlike its predecessor Boost Netgear Fuse.

Works really well, although you do have a data limit ceiling each month and no-rollover - hence the 4 star. If BOOST would do away with the ceiling and allow the consumer to decide how many Gb each month, now that would fly well. Overall a good product.

Not the best experience trying to signup for an account the first time, but a life saver when travelling since a building i go to has no service except sprint. Could be faster but better than no service
