i like the phone and the features but it needs more memory space and i dont always get my msgs when they were sent or phone calls, just the resulting voicemail.

cellphone looks and works good.not enough memory so won't be able to download lots of apps unless you buy a memory card and delete must of your pictures..

I was wanting an inexpensive phone for business. This phone is a good looking phone at a great price. However, if you're a person that likes to download and update alot of apps, this is not the phone for you at all. There;s not enough internal memory to even update the core apps.

I purchased this phone as a business phone. So far it is working for me. I'm still learning the features but so far so good. I would recommend that you call Boost Mobile to set up your phone as I had issues setting up the phone service online and you want to make sure they receive the payment. I had that issue, they said I paid everything except $2.40. Which wasn't true. PRINT YOUR RECEIPT OR make sure get one emailed to you. They quickly fixed the problem.

the phone has easy to use functions on the cell. I like android operating system on the phone as well. It is worth taking a look at.

nice looking phone, functional and really fast (android OK speedtest shows 8 Mbps). 4.7 inches screen but really poor resolution and the camera has no flash. Not for the picture takers and fans but good for the price.

I was looking to change cell phone providers after an "upgrade" in the towers with my current provider that left me with spotty, unreliable service. I searched around and found Boost Mobile's $30 plan to be one of the best offered so I went to Best Buy and picked the HTC Desire from the small selection. I've been very pleased with how easy the phone is to use and SO happy with the reliability provided with Boost wireless.

Have too many probles with this phone allways telling me i need more space in memory and on device. No flash on the camara. So disappointed on this item.

this is the second time I got it my wife seems to like the phone a lot and its pretty good for the price was cheaper than her new ipod and now she uses the phone 24/7

I love this phone. Only problem I have had with it was the storage. It frequently tells me that my storage is low, but that might be because I got a small sd card.

This phone does the job. I got this phone as an emergency phone and it works perfectly. Only thing that I don't like is that the camera does not have any flash.

I gave it 4 stars because the camera could have been better. To be a boost phone this phone works good in a lot of places that you would think it wouldn't.

Great phone. Needs more memory Takes good pictures that are in the light. For the money I am very pleased.

I really like this phone. It is easy to use and it does not come with a lot of extra aps that take up memory which can't be deleted like other phones out there. The price is reasonable, yet the Samsung product guarantee is virtually non existent. My phone was only 5 months old when the microphone stopped working. I could hear the caller, but they could not hear me unless I shouted at the phone with the speaker on. After going to Best Buy to check on a warranty, they told me that they do not support warranty's on Samsung phones any longer. They offered me a trade up and gave me a card for $40 for another phone. After looking at other phones, I decided to send the phone in for repair and got my phone back and returned the $40 gift card from Best Buy. I purchased a temporary pay as you go phone while waiting for my phone to come back via UPS from Samsung. Samsung calls me 2 weeks later to charge me 180.00 for the repair. I only paid 159 for the phone. The repair shop at Samsung tells me there is a "Touch Screen problem and they cannot repair the microphone till this is fixed." After many calls to Samsung explaining that there is no touch Screen problem, I asked them to return the phone to me so that I can get it repaired locally. A few weeks later, no phone has arrived, and after another long phone call to a supervisor, I find out that they still have not shipped it back and that they are having problems locating my phone. Another phone call later a disgruntled worker comes on the phone telling me that they located the phone but it is damaged, and abused and therefore couldn't be repaired under warranty. I explained to him that it is new and does not have touch screen damage, After asking to be connected to a Supervisor, the same guy comes back pretending to be a Supervisor. He does not believe me when I say there is no touch screen damage and said he can only go by what the repair center tells him,. The phone comes back a week later and I try to exchange it for a new phone at best buy again but the phone is no longer available. Only 1 is available at another Best Buy, 1 hour away. I drive to this Best Buy and find that now, they will not give me the $40.00 upgrade because of the microphone damage . After another exhaustive discussion I purchase a 3rd phone from them, and transfer the data yet again from my "temporary phone" I purchased while waiting for the unrepaired phone to come back. The price is reasonable and despite not having any type of real warranty on this product, it still serves as a great phone, but plan on replacing it soon,, as these phones tend to have microphone issues which Samsung refuses to acknowledge. All data is back on, and phone is great, but beware of any factory implied warranty from Samsung. They no longer stand behind their products..

The phone is good size but it's confusing when looking up contacts . Can't find certain apps. Really slow at times. Although I do enjoy the phone.

No storage!! Even with my apps and pics on my SIM card I still can't update the ones one here nor add any. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Good phone only one big mistake is tht their is no flash on the camera. So if you like taking pics. Not a good phone gor u. But it does wrk great. Other than that.

The phone is okay for teens, reasonable and affordable. If the phone had a camera flash, and more memory storage it would have received 5 stars.

I bought this phone for my boyfriend and after transferring his contacts there was not enough memory to have even more than one app on it. Even after deleting everything off the phone there was still not enough memory. The pictures were terrible and looked so dark you couldn't see the picture. The customer service was terrible and the man didn't even act like he wanted.to sell us the phone.

The phone is a simple touch screen but nice. It doesnt come with much memory so i had to buy more.
