I have the huawei union it's a great reliable phone takes ok pictures their is no flash that's the only thing I didn't like and I had to get a replacement within the first three weeks the first huawei had a defect but my replacement hasn't let me down yet

Great phone on a budget. when running one or two apps, however the device will slow down when running more apps. also some apps don't render well as its a 720p display.

Needed a cheap phone for my mom while she was in from out of the country and I was truly surprised how nice this was for $20. The camera is horrible but everything else works great and the battery is pretty decent.

I bought it as a backup phone. It's a good basic phone for phone calls. I'm happy with the phone call voice quality. I haven't used it for anything else such as games. The only problem is, I really wanted to use this phone for tethering, but the hotspot setup menu item in the setting is missing. Strangely, if you search help on this phone about turning on hotspot, the Boost help website for this phone shows that it has this option, but I'm not seeing the hotspot menu option in the Settings menu for some reason.

I prefer the Moto E to this phone due to the software but for the price, this is a decent phone. It runs lollipop, has a nice screen, camera is just OK, no front facing camera. But for the price, it is decent.

Android Lollipop works well. Battery charging is faster than my other similar 4.5 in phones. The following comment is regarding the plan (not the phone itself): If you purchase daily-plan from Boost Mobile, each single transaction will charge you a fixed 911 fee (e.g., $5 + 911 fee + tax; or $30 + 911 fee + tax).

Good phone I would recommend to everybody except people that want a front facing camera for selfies this phone does not have that feature

I had a lot of trouble with my last few phones. I came back to best buy when I ran across this diamond phone I the rough price range, and that began my love for huawei products. Great phone , happy to own one.

This is a nice phone as a first phone. Or maybe a backup phone. The camera isn't anything to write home about. The phone overall is very slow to react. Calls sound a bit distant and callers said I sounded muffled.

I bought 3 of these back in 2016 when it went on sale for $10. While I don't like the Huawei software because they modified the android software to their own version, but it is still android everything else so that means some of the things you find in your typical LG android, the functions/features would be name slightly different and put elsewhere in the software so you need to familiarize where it's located. I love this phone because of the 2,000 mAh battery vs. your typical LG cheap phone that comes with 1,900 mAh battery. I use this phone to run media apps or special apps and longer battery runtime matters to me. I've run apps on this phone straight for a week without restarting or rebooting so it's really reliable. As a phone to make calls, I don't know about that, sorry. Wish Bestbuy had let me bought more.

Has Android 5.1, so it's already ahead of a handful of other no-contract phones. Good price for what you are getting.

no front camera if u do selfish but good for money

Generally easy to use after a little practice. The apps do move around on the screen; email ,dailer, messaging,etc aren't always where you last found them if that makes sense. Difficult to see in daylight, a common problem with most phones. Auto pay easy to set up and saves $5 per month.

My husband decided he wanted a new phone and reviewed several boost phones. This is the one that he decided he wanted. It has been a great phone for him. He really has enjoyed how easy it is to use and all the features.

I bought this Boost pre-paid hoping it would activate on RingPlus. It activated easily, and works fine, It is not the best phone on the market, but for the price I am very satisfied.

Phone works great but the only downside for me is the operating software can't be upgraded any further than what it comes with, other than that is a nice affordable phone.

Gave this phone as a Christmas gift. It does everything those expensive phones do for only a fraction of the cost!
