very hard to hold and scroll with one hand.

Should make something easy,er to hold and not drop. You did not have a case for this new phone as well. If you sell a product then you should at lease have some sort of a case for it. I would have purchased one right then and there. I think they should come with one. Why make a phone that brakes the first time it drops.
