bad phone, even worse cust service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.two of these phones stopped connecting to 4g. boost mobile and motorola have both been a nightmare and neither side taking responsibility. for 3 weeks now I have 2 non working phones when it comes to connecting to 3/4g. Motorola promised to call me back for over a week now and not one call. only level 3 can help me but its like talking to God to get to level 3. they only do outbound calls and everytime I speak to level 2 they promise I will get a call from level 3 but trust me, you will not get a call back. Boost mobile is a nightmare, get what you pay for and moto is no better.
