For a lower priced Samsung phone it is pretty good. The screen is great and so is the camera. My mother is very satisfied with it.

The Geek customer service rep was very helpful in finding out why my other phone quit working.

Alittle annoyed that I had to drive an additional 24 miles to get it after being told it was at my local store til I arrived there and was told it had evidently been stolen

Can't receive group texts, frequently misses calls
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had the unlocked Galaxy A13 for about a year. So has my son. Since it's so affordable I expected a mediocre camera and storage. But this is, without a doubt, the worst phone I've ever owned. It usually can not send or receive group texts or pictures without being restarted. Frequently received calls go straight to voicemail unless the phone is restarted every few days. Verizon is my carrier and they changed the SIM card, but otherwise quickly ran out of suggestions to improve these issues. Other apps works appropriately and battery life is great, but the A13 doesn't carry out its most basic communication functions. Avoid this phone!!
