great phone for a great price. good features, storage space, and camera.

Bought this phone as a replacement for my Virgin Mobile Galaxy SIII. It is much faster and the newer android version is very good. There are some things missing from the J7 vs SIII. No notification light, no screen brightness sensor, and for me the size is MUCH larger. But I am getting used to the size. Got this at a Black Friday sale for $90, which was great!

Super camera, extremely user friendly. Great size screen

No lag or hanging problem as of now, battery backup is very impressive and screen of samsung mobile doesn't need any comments :-). And finally very responsive touch.

Enjoying the big screen, the beautiful pictures and fast processor. Glad I bought it.

I think this is a great phone, but it's missing a few features/apps by default that are included in most of the LG Android phones I've purchased (you have to download Samsung Music and Samsung Video from the Google Play Store to directly access your music and video files if stored on an SD Card; you can't use "multiple wallpapers" - one for each screen; there's no Data on/off switch - you have to go into the settings to turn it on and off; etc.). It has decent sound quality for watching music/videos. Sound seems a bit low at times when making calls on Boost service. The screen is great size, great quality. According to an app I used to check, it's not a true "1.4 Ghz Octacore" (it's a quad-core 1.36 Ghz + quad-core 998 Mhz) and it uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and Adreno graphics chips (not Samsung's Exynos processor + MALI graphics). It's still a great phone, but if you're unsure about this one, try to wait for a good sale. It's hard to find a case for that fits properly because it's the "2015" design (at the time of this review, there is a Speck J7 case sold through Best Buy) but for a "J" series phone, it meets my needs and most of my expectations, just know it's a great phone, but not perfect.

Camera is really neat, system operates nicely, lots of storage, many features

I'm not one to have to have a brand new phone, but I do want one that fits my needs and the Samsung J7 does that. Battery life is long, charges pretty quickly and I love the camera. And, through Best Buy, you get good deals I'd say, even a discount for having it connected in their store. Glad I got it.

Easy to use. Fast. And affordable too. And not stuck in a contract

I have Boost Mobile, so I purchase the phone outright. The features of the phone fit my needs. For me the memory (16gb) is more than adequate. The camera on the phone (13 mg) takes great pictures, even better than some cameras. As long as you dont load up the phone with too many programs or expect professional quality pictures the phone wull be perfect.

No notifications light, and you can not edit the quick pull down menu. I personally wish I could remove some of the apps that came on the phone. However it does do the job intended, has nice size screen, and long lasting battery. Have not had the phone long enough to know how durable it is.

I love these new phones, great cameras great processors and reliable at such a great price, best buy grabbed my attention on these and the service was great, once again thanks for your work.

So glad I made the decision to upgrade from an lg volt. I haven't had a problem with memory, and it takes great photos!

I had galaxy 3 for 6 years and I loved the phone I was afraid to get another because it was so easy to learn but then I bought the J7 and its fantastic I finally have the emoji faces, the camera is clear ,battery life is long ,if I had to improve something it would be the ring tones otherwise a great phone and reasonable price

The best smartphone I have ever bought so far with incredible amounts of features! I love the big screen and 13 megapixel camera. Sometimes the sim card cancels and I have to reset the phone which hopefully can be fixed. Overall a great smartphone! Yay Samsung!

Got this phone for my daughter...she loves the camera quality and screen size....just make sure you get a case first as the screen easily shatters dropping on asphalt. I had to order another phone as fixing the screen alone cost as much as a new phone....

I have owned my j7 for over a year now and i have to say its as good as any high end phone i have ever owned.
