The samsung j7 refine is surprisingly well designed. With a price tag of only $200 I was expecting a phone with middle class features but I was actually impressed by the processing power, both camera and screen definition and quality, and the variety of user settings and interface. In addition this phone is not fragile either. I have had three seperate times where I have dropped the phone from the height of approximately 4-5ft with no case and the phone never skipped a beat. Of course I have a couple of new scratches on the hard plastic but nothing noticeable and the best part was the screen was in perfect shape. The battery lasts quite a while even with intensive use. Each day I use my phone for approximately 6 and a half hours with continuous streaming from google play music to a bluetooth device and business calls throughout that time and I still have enough power to go home and surf the web before plugging it in. Great job to samsung on the developement andproduction of an affordable quality phone.

My husband replaced my old phone with this one and I cant complain. It's so smooth, fast and the battery is amazing... right now. :) There is no way to replace the battery, the sd card slot is on the side and the speaker by the power button, these are features I did not pay attention to when reading online descriptions of the phone. Over all a bit heavy and the screen is raised but it's so amazing

Still getting use to the bigger phone-all mine were smaller. This phone is so far perfect for what I need..taking a bit to get use to having so many things that can be done on it. Would recommend to anyone who wants more in a phone but don't need all that the more expensive phones have..This phone will take you and do just about anything you need.

I needed to replace my Boost LG Stylo 2 that was just lagging and wanted a phone with more memory. I got this instead of the Stylo 4 since it was a little smaller and would work with all my micro usb charging devices that I already use. I know some think micro usb is outdated, but still good for me. The phone works well so far and would have gotten 5 stars if it were not so heavy!

I bought this phone for the internal memory 32 gigs. Not many phones out with 32 gigs for under $200. So far so good. The speed of the phone is also good. The only complaints is you can't change the back round color on your text message, and no cover for the phone.

I bought the Galaxy J7 Refine (2018) as an upgrade to my previous phone (Galaxy J3 (2016). I have been very satisfied with the Galaxy products for years. This phone is faster, takes better pictures, and has the same great call/text capabilities that I have come to expect. No dropped calls or missing texts. If you don't need a $1000 phone, this one is great!

iPhone to a droid, learning curve but doable. I liked the price of the phone and became a first time Boost mobile client. Not to bad of coverage, I commute 100 miles a day and maybe one spot is troublesome. Samsung makes great products, I have a few with no issues so far. Keep it up, because a 1k phone doesn't seem fare!

I never spend hundreds of dollars on a phone, I always try to keep it under $200. I got this phone for like $120 on sale 2 years ago, and I'm still using it. I'm really impressed with the battery life after all this time and I'm gonna try to make the phone last as long as I can. I definitely recommend this phone if you want something that is very well rounded for under $200. The camera quality is average at best, has a hard time picking up details.

Great phone. Fast,Reliable and amazing battery... Very little lag while using multiple apps. Definently a step up from the J7 perx

The phone overall is good and has some nice features. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the phone is a little bulky to be carried in your pocket, and the speaker can take a little getting used to speaking into if you are switching from a smaller phone.

Love this phone as it's a cheaper version of the S series. Love the great cameras, new options, increased memory. Don't care for but can deal with the speaker being on the side, no removable battery and some of the new options screen configuration wise

really nice phone. the 1st brand new phone ive bought in a while. I'm glad I spent the money. great camera. even with bad lighting. a lot of new features. I would recommend this phone to my friends.

I previously had a Galaxy S7 but was unable to use it when I decided to switch carriers. I had owned a J7 when they were first introduced so I did a little research and decided on the J7 Refine because of the camera size and increased screen area. I have not been disappointed. Best Buy had an excellent package available cheaper than the dealer.

We purchased these phones for two reasons. We wanted more operating storage and he made a mistake of buying the stylo 4. They had nothing but problems. The J7Refine is a great looking and operating phone. Definately no complaints. DON'T GET LG ANYTHING. Probs with phones and tvs plus lg has very poor customer service. Samsung Rocks..

The phone I got was Silver - don't know why it says Gold - and is a decent Samsung phone for the price and for my needs. Decent camera. Easy to operate. Fits my hand well. At times some reception problems - Boost fault no doubt.

This has been the best bang for the buck from Best Buy for me. $50 per month for unlimited data, voice and text and a new Samsung phone for 1/3 the price of the Samsung Galaxy 9+. I am as giddy as a March hare!

I recently was forced to buy a new phone so I chose a Samsung with the help of a very knowledgeable associate. It's close enough to my old LG that I am not totally lost. The wonderful staff was able to save all my photos and contacts as well as install all my previous apps.

I wanted to upgrade my 16GB phone and initially did not consider this phone because it is advertised as 16GB. At the store, it saw that it was 32GB. Works good for my budget. Phone performs as expected.

I got this phone for the first time and within a week and a half it completely shut down and had to have it exchanged. The second phone I got is working good up until today where it sent all my calls directly to voicemail and didnt receive any texts or other notifications. It fixed its self after I made an out going call on it.
