This phone is really good. I've had every Boost Mobile phone Best Buy has to offer. Every. Single. One. And this is definitely in competition with the higher end phones, which is astounding. No physical problems except for having a battery that can't be removed, very few bugs which is extremely surprising due to the value of the phone, the camera isn't horrible, the operating system is smooth and doesn't seem to slow down and bug out like most other cheap Boost Mobile phones have, even without cleaning the memory once in a month. This phone is a gem and I'm very glad I found it. I won't be giving it up until I upgrade to a higher end phone again.

We bought this phone for both our parents as a gift . It is affordable and the screen is a larger one . The only thing I thing that could be improved is the battery life when you are playing with the apps it goes down quickly . My parents loved them and the phone is affordable .

Great phone, fast with descent battery life, Good camera,only downside I've noticed is the battery isn't removable.

The programming isn't as fancy as the other expensive phones, but I can still do everything I want or need, by downloading a few apps. Found that once I removed or disabled the junk programs or features, it works even better. Battery life is the only negative, but I've found it easy to keep a charger around for all day surfing or music while working or running errands. For the price, can't beat it. Call clarity is good, you shouldn't be disappointed.

I had to spend a lot of time reading manual I down loaded for simple task like making a phone call, listening to voicemail, setting up next bus three times so far, why my battery is draining do much,extra charges for a bit to read voicemail. I have had to spend a lot of time reading and re reading to manual I down loaded since what comes with the phone doesn't cover much. But sometimes it's a good phone.

I purchased this as a gift for my kids. This phone freezes often and you just have to wait on it to reboot. There is no access to the battery so you can't remove it or reboot the phone. I don't recommend this. You get what you pay for.

The touchscreen is sometimes non responsive and the battery is not removable. Most Android phones have batteries that can be replaced, but this one does not.

Overall this is a great phone. I bought it for my daughter and the only problem so far is the battery doesn't have a long life and needs to be charged a few times a day.

Great phone for the price. The only thing is the battery is fixed and doesn't come out.

Screen is dim and cant move apps to SD card, battery is not removable, and takes a long time to boot.. but for $20 I cant complain..

Solid smart phone. Apps run very fast and stable. Great technology in this phone. Would buy again. Some disadvantages include battery not removable, and screen looks washed out from an angle. Otherwise I'm really loving it.

Just a basic phone - great for use as a budget android phone. Battery life is about what is expected from this price set - features are just like any other budget android phone - would buy again if in a bundle.

Phone works good, just the battery doesn't last. I have to charge it every 8-10 hours even when I hardly use it

My 2nd ZTE speed, 1st one I bought died w/in 25 days. Only had this one a couple weeks, so far so good.

This phone is still running KitKat and does not look that it will ever update to Lollipop. The only saving grace is that KitKat is the best OS that has been released to date and still very popular. I have noticed with ZTE phones (at least the budget ones), whatever OS is on there, you are stuck with it. There is very little development for these phones too. There is a ton of bloatware running in the background only leaving you with barely over 200MB of free RAM. I have tried disabling some if it, but it has major issues with that and have to do a hard reset. The battery is not easily removed, but the SIM and SD card are easy access once you take off the back cover.

This is a good phone with a very affordable price. Battery life is good. However, the screen is not as clear as the other phones. Also, it has a built in battery, so the battery is not replaceable. However, the apps run very smoothly as well as other functions.

Got as a gift for someone else. After a week the voice prompts got turned and they could not get past the initial swipe to get into anything. They called boost and was told to remove the battery, this phone has a non removable one. They switched back to an old phone. I later played with it and figured out you can get into to the settings if you swipe with 2 fingers instead of one to turn off the voice assistant.

This phone is horrible. The battery only lasts 4 hours on a charge. The sound is scratchy when listening a call and the screen blacks out for no reason.

Bought for a couple of children. It's extremely durable. My biggest con is the non-removable battery

I would not suggest to purchase this phone it has no removable battery crashed 10 days after purchase and had to be exchanged lost all my contacts picturesand other info this is not a very good phone
