got it for the price, tired of paying 300 + for a Galaxy 2 and 3,and having them fail within a year.Won't hurt as much if this one does?

I had this phone for two weeks and oh my god did I want to take a gun and shoot it very horrible service on this phone was great but the phone itself was horrible was not able to make text messages due to low memory when I able to download any apps and when you get the phone only comes with four gigs of memory and that takes up all the memory the memory card do not buy this phone

This phone is horrible. The battery only lasts 4 hours on a charge. The sound is scratchy when listening a call and the screen blacks out for no reason.

Worst phone ever! It is slow and over heats. The camera is the only thing that is kind of ok but because the phone is so slow you miss the picture most of the time.

I would not suggest to purchase this phone it has no removable battery crashed 10 days after purchase and had to be exchanged lost all my contacts picturesand other info this is not a very good phone

It broke so much I just gave up and cut my losses. It is horrible, so is the customer support through boost. Save your money, time and energy.

I purchased this phone NEW as a backup knowing it's a budget phone. As a backup, the ZTE Speed was on for 10 days after activation with very light use. Then it was turned off after fully charged. On the 14th night, attempted to turn it on but it would not turn on. It would not charge (the battery was probably still full). Brought it to BestBuy the next morning, was told it's one day passed and would not take back. Boost Mobile did not want anything to do with it. ZTE asked me to ship it back. So I shipped it to ZTE at my expense. Two weeks later, received a Speed back from ZTE. However, because ZTE shipped me a different refurbished Speed with different IMEI and different SIM, my service no longer works on it due to the new Spring FED check. So this budget phone was good for 10 days when it was brand new. And now it's useless despite a warranty replacement by ZTE. Only buy this if you plan on using the phone for no more than 10 days, and very willing to deal with warranty and haggling with service provider. There really needs to be a negative star review system designed for product like this so people are aware of the risk of purchasing this phone.

Kept turning off constantly when i would use an app

There was a problem with the voice mail from the word go! It didn't exist! The interface for the contacts was a pain and not user friendly compared to say the Samsung III . I was disappointed and greatly relieved when Best Buy let me return it and get the Motorola EMoto instead, which is a great phone.

The battery don't work good and camera is really bad

After one month, I replaced this phone. I would not receive calls...internet would disconnect while in the house next to the wi fi router....just a waste of money.

I bought this phone for a very decent price ($40) thinking it was good but it turned out to be bad! My phone restarts constantly about 4-5 times a day. This phone is not worth buying unless you have patience

Don't waste your time nor money on this phone. If i had a chance to go back i wouldn't get this phone not even if it was free! Bought this for my son and within two weeks its given him problems. This phone doesn't have a slot for memory in fact it can't be opened so if the battery goes you have to get a new phone. Save your money and invest in a better phone not worth the headache now even to use just for music.

I orderd the phone online & did a ship to store . I had to wait in a line for over an hour & my screen went out the same night I got it .

I bought this phone quickly before u closed store for my wife on our anniversary cuz she just broke her's that day. She's been having nothing but problems with it! Very disappointed!

Try to get a replacement phone and thought this would good but the phone was just too small misplaced it many time cause of the size

I tried to port my att go number to boost mobile on this device. they took 2 days and nothing happened..worst customer service

Signal too week and hard to hear on. Person on the receiving end could not hear me talking. Phone kept fading in and out.

Phone shuts off sparadicly. Sound quality not good
