I purchased this as a gift for my kids. This phone freezes often and you just have to wait on it to reboot. There is no access to the battery so you can't remove it or reboot the phone. I don't recommend this. You get what you pay for.

the phone is ok, it has good points and bad points, it runs super slow at times and it also freezes up, i do like the camera, the front facing camera is a lot better than most i have used

This phone is still running KitKat and does not look that it will ever update to Lollipop. The only saving grace is that KitKat is the best OS that has been released to date and still very popular. I have noticed with ZTE phones (at least the budget ones), whatever OS is on there, you are stuck with it. There is very little development for these phones too. There is a ton of bloatware running in the background only leaving you with barely over 200MB of free RAM. I have tried disabling some if it, but it has major issues with that and have to do a hard reset. The battery is not easily removed, but the SIM and SD card are easy access once you take off the back cover.

Phone has slow performance. Needs more memory and internal storage. Touchscreen is sluggish. Camera is average at best.

Slow speed, freezes just an awful phone. But bestbuy was great! They had it ready under an 15 minutes from an online purchase.

The saying goes, you get what you pay for but what is the price when you can receive calls sometime and your messages come in hours later or not at all? Sometimes you receive notification a day later. Then customer service have to give you a number code for you to use if the phone does not work and the phone have a mind of itself. This phone should be for free. I give it a two because you still can do other stuff with it

Fast phone, but once youv'e updated your bloatware apps it leaves zero space. You cannot delete the bloatware.

for $40 you cant beat the phone when you need one!!

Good phone for a first phone. I got the phone for one of my kids. It works but has a tendency to lock up from time to time. You simple turn the phone off let it rest for a few seconds and restart it works fine

Not as good as my old 3G Phone. the video camera does not work after less than 2 months using phone

i liked the phone in the beginning but now it's slow and now I see everything is so much slower

Took forever to get phone number switched over and at that still wasn't complete had to contact customer service again

I did not buy this phone. I have seen this phone. I do know some one who does like boost mobile.

I've had this phone for a little over a month now. 2 weeks ago it almost acted like it was stuck. It wouldn't shut off and was unusable. I let the battery die and recharged then it was ok. This has happened 2 more times since. This is not what I paid for. I'm not happy.

The phone has basic function. The camera not good at all. The storage is limited but can be extended using micro SD. The phone is heavy.

Broke screen reall easy. Hard to use the lte 4g. No space.
