    Christmas present for my husband. Out of stock - so had it shipped which was then quickly lost by ups. I reached out and customer service with smart brand went above and beyond. They shipped out another and were respectful to me as i was a little angry- as 2 day shipping ups switched to 2 weeks ). The pen came before my husband's business trip. He is happy with the pen, it works as expected. His only negative, is without the pen, you cannot use the tablet.
