If you have played Borderlands or Borderlands 2 the setting will be immediately familiar. The great cell shaded graphics, colorful palette, and fun game play with loot galore and great sets is back. The humor is a bit different, showing the definite Aussie influence. A really fun shooter with addictive game play. If you liked the other Borderlands titles this is worth picking up. Coop is still its biggest strength, although single player can be a lot of fun as well.

The game was good but lacked the humor and quality in the previous games from the series. I also found the low gravity environment irksome and difficult to move in rather than exciting.

Crazy new weapons and the ability to play as Claptrap, what else is there to say!

Bought this for my son and he is enjoying the pre sequel - new adventures!

Good graphics and a good story line that leads into the Borderlands series

This is more of the same. In fact so much like BL2, the character interface is the same and almost seems like DLC. However, new story, new (old?) characters, guns and loot. A few tweeks with moon gravity and BUTT-SLAMS add to what we are used to. Only disappointment is the $30.00 DLC season pass which tells me they may have left some out of the game to tack on later. To play everything you are paying close to $100.

Got this game for my teenage daughter to play, and she has been playing it with my husband. Fun to watch them play this together!

The game is still highly entertaining and will keep you busy and coming back for more. I personally did not enjoy playing this as much as Borderlands 2.

Great humor in a fun action packed game. Plays the same as the prequel/sequel

Most games this year that were released were some of the worst games ever. This Borderlands is by far one of the best to play for this year. It starts out from before the events in BL2 and explains a lot of how things came to be. It has all of the same humor as BL2 and the game play is spot on. Tons of guns and lots of replay value.

Is the game more of a large add on for Borderlands 2, yes. Is it worth the current price you can find it for, yes.

Haven't played it much yet, but I loved the other two games. I'm sure this one will be just as good if not better.

I'm not that far into the game yet, but all of the characters are all new classes that haven't previously been released. Same as ever, kill the bad guys, loot stuff. The story itself is told in past tense by Athena. The story takes place between Borderlands 1 and 2, it seems. If you are a Borderlands fan, get this game.

I like all of the previous border games. I bought three games when the pre-sequel come out; one for me and my sons.

In comparison to Borderlands 2, the previous game in the series, the Pre-Sequel did not quite make the grade. The graphics are a better by a bit, but there is not quite as much diversity as BL2. In other words, if you have not yet played a Borderlands game, play them in order. The Pre-Sequel will satisfy the need for more, but will not top its predecessor.
