We have to wash dishes before putting into dishwasher. Other wise it will not clean as well. I HATE the racks. Cannot load as much into washer as our previous washer. middle rack into top slot - cannot put any tall glasses. Lower the middle rack and cannot put plates into washer without blocking spray arms

We were happy with this machine for a year, until it starts making noisy and vibrating during the wash. Unfortunately, it just passed the warranty and Bosch was not going to do anything about it. We have to hire a repairman and to replace the circulation pump. It came up to >$300 which is already half the price with have paid for a new one. I also checked with friend that owned a Bosch washer (not the same model), but they have similar problem. Deeply disappointed with Bosch's products.

Bought because of Consumer Reports high rating. Bottom rack falls off track. Best Buy tech said design flaw. Loading design isn't efficient. 1 1/2 yrs & now doesn't work. Warranty only 1 yr. 1st mistake picking this model & 2nd mistake not getting Geek protection. Never had a dishwasher that broke so didn't think we needed for top rated model Does clean well when it worked.

I am so disappointed. I had this dishwasher delivered. After opening it, I found that the bottom of the tub is plastic. No where on the Best Buy website does it state this. It does say “Hybrid Stainless Steel.” Is that supposed to commonly translate to “stainless sides with plastic bottom?” I have since gone to the Bosch website and found that they call it Stainless Steel PP and they then clarify that PP stands for polypropylene. I intentionally purchased a dishwasher with a stainless steel tub. Had it been clear that it isn’t actually a full stainless tub I would have never made this permanent home decision.

I've had two repairmen tell me that this dishwasher is fine even though the dishes are wet and the spray arm under the top try is dripping water after the cycle. The cause supposedly is due to the spray arm being plastic instead of stainless steel. If that's the case - change it!! My son has two of these same units and doesn't have that problem. Also - took the Bosch repairman over 20 minutes to set the "special" dry setting!! Would not by another Bosch!! Shoulda kept my 10 yr old Whirlpool!!!

I have never returned an appliance before . This was such a huge disappoint . The lower rack falls of the track every time you pull it out. It has a terrible odor, and the water never evaporates . Traded it in for a Maytag, much better!

WE bought the dishwasher from Best Buy in September 2015. It broke (after very light use - no children at home, and used maybe twice a week) in April 2017. Best Buy came out and said it would cost $350 to fix. And the standard warranty is only one year. Do NOT buy this machine
