    It took three attempts to get my appliance installed. No thanks to extremely poor customer service. My first installation appt was cancelled with no notice to me, and when I called to follow up I was told it was my responsibility to follow up and reschedule. When I finally was able to reach someone after many unanswered voice mails another appointment was set. The night before (two weeks later) Best Buy called to tell me that the appointment wasn’t authorized and that the reschedule wasn’t authorized. Two weeks later I finally got the appliance installed. I will never buy from Best Buy again. Every person I talked to about this was condescending and unhelpful. Never did I feel that my concerns amounted to anything. I took many hours off work to await installation, obviously that doesn’t matter to the store. Very very unhappy with the experience.

    Washer was working great but unfortunately control panel stopped after three weeks and now waiting for Bosch technician to come and repair or replace

    Love my Bosch dishwasher

    Required a 32.5 dishwasher to fit under the counter. Extremely quiet, silverware tray needs to be reassessed.

    The Bosche dishwasher is very disappointing! They said they had to put in an ADA Maxine because the counter is low. We didn’t have an ADA in there before! The racks are stupidly inadequate, and the silverware holder is not deep enough for most silverware! What a ridiculous purchase!!! Would like to return it!

    BB came to install, then COVID-19 happened. They stopped servicing. Just waiting to get BB back out once the dust settles. Something went wrong on install. Hopefully once they come out and fix install, it will be good.

    Didn't work from day 1! Kept getting E24 error message. Hours of research, checking lines for blocking, etc. I think it's a faulty pump.
