My first installation appt was cancelled with no notice to me, and when I called to follow up I was told it was my responsibility to follow up and reschedule. When I finally was able to reach someone after many unanswered voice mails another appointment was set. The night before (two weeks later) Best Buy called to tell me that the appointment wasn’t authorized and that the reschedule wasn’t authorized. Two weeks later I finally got the appliance installed. I will never buy from Best Buy again. Every person I talked to about this was condescending and unhelpful. Never did I feel that my concerns amounted to anything. I took many hours off work to await installation, obviously that doesn’t matter to the store. Very very unhappy with the experience.

They said they had to put in an ADA Maxine because the counter is low. We didn’t have an ADA in there before! The racks are stupidly inadequate, and the silverware holder is not deep enough for most silverware! What a ridiculous purchase!!! Would like to return it!

Just waiting to get BB back out once the dust settles. Something went wrong on install. Hopefully once they come out and fix install, it will be good.
