I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews about the machine not drying things completely. I didn't have any problems at all and found it to dry very well with just the rinse aid. There were some small areas of wetness on plastic, but it wasn't a dealbreaker at all. Everything got squeaky clean. The adjustability of the racks is great and the 3rd rack is very useful. I like the sanitize function and the app is relatively easy to set up. This is a much quieter machine than my previous one. Best Buy installation was very good despite there being a few challenges with this being an older house. Overall very pleased.

Beautiful and functional dishwasher for a good price. Easy to use and installation was so simple through Best Buy. It is amazing how quiet Bosch dishwashers are. I do recommend the high heat setting for drying. Great purchase!

I'm glad we waited until we had enough saved up for the Bosch. Literally every dishwasher review is "well, it's no Bosch but it's ....." The florescent light in the kitchen is louder than this washer. The loudest thing about it is the water hitting the door. Our plumber gave us a small credit back for the installation being so easy and literally no parts, just one little cord and the water in/out. Hoorah for Bosch, and for Best Buy

This cleans really well but it has a mechanical smell I can’t get rid of after it’s done cleaning. And I wish it had a “clean” indicator light. I bought a cute magnet that serves the same purpose but I was disappointed that it didn’t have an indicator.

The kickplate does not match this picture so it looks like I bought a used dishwasher. Bummer. If you can get the correct kickplate as advertised I would recommend this washer.

This is my 3rd dishwasher in 5 years so I went with a Bosch. The pros: The dishwasher does a great job of cleaning and drying. It is quiet. The racks themselves are much more substantial than my prior GE and LG and slide in and out easily. It has a soft close door which is nice. The cons: The stainless steel face is not fingerprint resistant and needs to be cleaned daily. The dish dividers on the racks are very small/close together so it's hard to fit larger/thicker plates, bowls, and tumblers between the dividers. The silverware divider holes are very small and the handles of my silverware will not fit into the holes. We ended up removing the lid from the silverware tray. The buttons/handle on the front of the dishwasher give it an outdated look.

This dishwasher is really great, gets clean dishes/bowls, and is very, very quiet. I still need to say the long-term quality, but so far, it works much better than expected. 3-layer carts can hold more than a typical 2-layer dishwasher. This 300 series also controls water temperature to improve the cleanliness of washing. The drying process relies on the hot air flow, so you don't need to worry about the plastic wares. This is fantastic. My only complaint so far is this dishwasher can not add a drying cycle for 1 hour fast wash mode. Be aware that the front steel cover is not well designed; it is just barely hung over the door (not sturdy) and feels cheap.

    First time Bosch buyer.

First time buying a Bosch dishwasher after having 5 (other brand, not Bosch) dishwashers over 27 years that just gave out. Also first time buying a kitchen appliance from Best Buy. Very happy so far. It had great reviews and everyone I spoke with told me to get a Bosch. Very happy so far with it. It is extremely quiet and has a quick 60 minute wash cycle. The only thing I wish it had was a message or light indicating the cycle was done and the dishes were clean. The timer goes to zero and then all lights turn off, so, we have to put notes on the counter when it is clean/dirty. If the lights stayed on indicating it was done until the dishwasher door was opened, this dishwasher would have been perfect. Very happy with the dishwasher so far. It cleans very well and is extremely quiet! There is a top rack for flatware and a basket for flatware on the bottom rack. It has taken a little time to figure out how to load the dishwasher for maximum efficiency. The middle/top rack is adjustable and very easy to adjust to accommodate larger glasses or items on the top. There is no heating element to dry the dishes, it is just air, so, jet dry finish liquid must be added to have the washer. The dishes always come out dry and plastic can be placed on the bottom rack without being warped. I was very surprised how dry the dishes are when the cycle is over. The door closes and opens easily. There seems to be a spring or something assisting the door to close shut when the door is brought up. Really a good dishwasher. Hoping this will last longer than the other ones.

First off, this dishwasher is incredibly quiet and has done a really good job getting dishes clean. The top silverware rack is awesome, and we love that we can adjust the height of the upper rack. Our only real issue is that the tines in the racks are weirdly spaced, making it hard to get bowls in very easily, and plates get packed very densely. I'd buy this one again.

My KitchenAid Dishwasher water pump broke for the 2nd time in 4 years. I was considering buying a new pump again, but I figured it'd last only a few years again so I decided to dump KitchenAid. I hate washing dishes by hand so with little research, I bought this Bosch 300 series and luckily it was on sale. I hadn't even bothered to read up about all of its features because I was in such a rush to replace the old dishwasher. There are some really cool features. I didn't even realize it has a built-in water softener but it's my favorite feature! My L.A. tap water is about 380ppm and I don't have a whole house water softener. I bought a bag of dishwasher salt, filled the container, and that's it. After 3 weeks of use, there are no hard water stains on my dishes or inside the dishwasher. It really works. Another cool feature is that an indicator lights up on the panel when either the drying agent or the salt is low and needs to be refilled. I think my KitchenAid was quieter, but this Bosch is still quiet and shouldn't disturb you. The top rack can hold a lot of utensils. I installed the Bosch app and it's actually pretty useful. It tells you how much longer till the cycle ends. Tells you if you're low on drying aid or salt. It allows you to enter your water hardness so it can decide how much water softening is needed. It also tells you the energy and water consumption of all of your cycles. The only potential negative are the buttons on the dishwasher. They don't click when you press them; they're kind of squishy. I just hope they don't fail over time. Oh, and I guess the most important thing. Do they clean and dry well? Yes. They clean very well. The dishes come out dry. There's a little leftover water here and there on a random plate or cup, but nothing to complain about.

This is the only dishwasher I have liked since we had to leave behind an Electrolux model that was one of the last made in Europe. This replaced a GE Cafe model that never worked well and was requiring increasingly frequent repairs, even though it was only 3 years old. I cannot say anything bad about this dishwasher. It is much quieter than the GE it replaced, even though it has a higher db rating. The racks are sturdier and smoother. It holds a lot, including on the third rack. It cleans really well. It dries well, even plastics. Plastics don’t always get entirely dry, but they get close, and again it’s better than the GE. We were told we had 2 weeks to exchange this for a different model, with the full price credited toward the new model. The only exchange we considered was to the 500 model, which opens the door at the end of the cycle to aid in drying. This one dries so well, though, that we didn’t think the upgrade was worth it.

I had the previous version of the front control 300 dishwasher. This design is definitely better. The racks are much improved and it’s easier to fit lots of large items and dishware (I removed the silverware basket because the 3rd rack is enough for utensils. The dishwasher is quiet, cleans well and dries well. The only negative is the front control buttons, which look fine but feel sloppy with excessive play. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this model.

I really like this dishwasher (except for the installation service, but I reviewed that elsewhere. In short, he neglected to replace the kickplate below the dishwasher and now I need to find a carpenter to fix that.) The dishwasher is nearly perfect. Likes: - Quiet. I hear a little water swishing when it starts but that's about it. - Layout. I love the top rack for silverware and it fits my dishes well. However, my dishes are thin. If I had thicker plates, it would be a problem. - It really cleans. I only ran it a few times and have left my dishes somewhat soiled before starting. It took off all the dirt. - Compatible with Alexa. It tells me when the cycle is done. Not that I need this feature, but it's nice to have. Dislikes: - Not sure why, but the dirty dishes smell funky when left in the dishwasher waiting for a full load. I don't keep the dishwasher open, and all smells are gone once clean. But the smell when adding dishes is odd. - Drying is substandard. If I use the standard settings it doesn't dry. If I ask for the extra dry, it still has a few drips but much better.

With the adjustable shelves and the racking options it can be set up in a way that works for you. The third shelf on top is a great option to the silverware caddy. The 60 minute quick wash is great. I use the water softener and rinse aid features. Works great with hard water. Oh yeah. Did I mention that it's very quiet? It it. Only knock is it's a little slow on the regular cycles.
