I love mine. It’s SO quiet —- the only noise you hear is water. My dishes are clean and spotless. I’d highly recommend. And did I mention how pretty and sleek it is.

Bought this dishwasher last november. Worked well for a couple of months then started getting clogged. First one I took as my fault. Had not run the machine care cycle and was likely not rinsing the dishes well enough. But since then we practically wash the dishes before putting them in and run the machine care cycle at least once a month. But it will error out about 3/4s through a cycle every two weeks or so. Service under manufactuer warranty has been out and "found nothing wrong". Waiting on them to come again this week. Attempted to resolve with Best Buy since we purchased the protection plan, but was told they would not help since it was still under manufacturer warranty. So that seems to have been a waste of money as well. I would not recomment this washer. Nor Best Buy's protection plan. And even Best Buy for appliances at this point.

I was pleased with how quiet it runs. Does a great job at cleaning the dishes.

the only problem I have it only has one tray for the silver ware although it has the capacity to have two of them, why I don’t no .

Great dishwasher! Cleans and drys well. Just plastic wear on top shelf doesn’t dry as well.

Love it. Has a running light that shows on the floor. Racks very adjustable. Super quiet. Cleaning results are outstanding.

Decent dishwasher, the auto open function helps dry all the dishes.

Inadequate width inside the machine reduces the load capacity. The spines in both racks r not conveniently slanted.

We bought this on Jan 2025, and have had nothing but problems. We have at least three service calls in the last few months and nothing gets fixed. Best Buy does nothing; just passes the buck and tells us to contact Bosch. We financed this $1000+ purchase, and we are making monthly payments to BB for a dishwasher that does NOT work. Oh, and Bosch tells us that the next service visit won’t be until September 15th. So we will be washing dishes by hand for another month and yet making payments to BB for the privilege of hand washing dishes. Thanks BB for having our back!

Very nice effective machine. Small silverware basket. Excellent third rack holds some thicker items.

The user manual is horrible. No instructions on how to use the machine, and it is not intuitive. Works fine, but hard to know when and if the wash/dry cycle is done. No outside indicator to tell you when it is done. And operating the system confusing. Bosch needs to step up their documentation, and make the operation more intuitive.

Quiet! Cleans very well, love the 3 racks that can be raised/lowered. Great top rack for things like lids
