Fits a pretty good amount of stuff. Cleans well. Very very quiet during almost the entire cycle. I literally have to put my ear right up to it when I start it to be sure it's even running. Make sure you buy Bosch's dishwasher salt if you want to use it when it arrives. Also be careful not to lose your water testing strips when you open the package. My plumber lost mine and I had to wait a week for new ones to arrive so I could test my water and use the machine.

Had this Bosch a couple of months. Bought it to replace a very old, existing dishwasher in a home I purchased. Was hoping to get a larger model but had to get the smaller one to accommodate other appliances. I’ve been pretty happy with it so far. Being a smaller size, it is difficult to get a lot of dishes into it. Some of my dishes don’t fit very well into the existing tines. I like the built in water softener as the water here in San Antonio is very hard so it helps to clean the dishes well. The operating instructions could be a little better. There are some things that are a little confusing and I don’t feel like the instructions that came with it did a very good job explaining everything. I do like the look of it particularly the hidden buttons. It is very quiet, though the cycles are pretty long at about 2 1/2 hours, but that seems relatively typical these days.

As I'd expect from Bosch, great finish and performance ... plus super quiet. The wash cycle is barely audible. Only when it empties wash water do you really hear it. I would note; however, Best Buy recommended the "Smart Choice - Dishwasher Water Line and Power Cord Kit," which I returned because the appliance comes with power and water connections.

Gets dishes amazingly clean. Love the flat silverware rack. Very easy to unload. If you only need a small dish washer, this is the one! And... soooo quiet.

I am thrilled to have a dishwasher again after almost 20 years without!!! I have a small kitchen so this smaller size dishwasher works out great for me. It is so quiet and gets the dishes clean.

When our Bosch 300 Series broke down after 10 years of use, we opted to purchase this model rather than repair the old one. The 800 Series is a lot more expensive, but it’s worth every penny. PROS: It’s SUPER quiet, which is important in a NYC apartment where we cook, work, sleep and shower in a small contained space. It cleans better, even w/ the 30-minute express setting than the old unit ever did w/ full cycles, so we have never really had to use anything besides the express setting! CONS: We have a ultra-modern kitchen, and the classic look of this unit w/ a curved handle is a bit old-fashioned, compared to the 300 series w/ control panel on the door and straight lines. It seems to spend a lot more rinse aid than the old 300 Series did, no matter how we adjust the settings (although, again, I am happy that everything comes out sparkling clean!). All in all, while I do wish it were sleeker-looking, we are absolutely delighted w/ how this dishwasher has been performing! It is highly recommended.

Love this dishwasher. Dishes come out very clean, without water stains, because of the water soften feature. Installer did a good job installing it as well.

We had a whirlpool that finally kicked the bucket. It was super loud and the dishes didn’t come clean. Ran for three hours. The Bosch is a dream come true. It will run on eco for 30 minutes and the dishes are spotless and dry. Not sure why everyone else’s are wet but mine is exactly what we wanted to do. The racks are a little to get used to but we’ll manage. The top rack for cutlery is great but doesn’t allow for taller cups or glasses so they go on the bottom which is fine. If you’re shopping take a look and I’m sure if you’re up grading to this model it won’t disappoint.

Dishwasher is great - super quiet and the interior space laid out very well for an 18" wide d/w. make sure you have dedicated 3 prong outlet unless you plan on installing yourself (installers won't do install if you don't). also drain hose was too short and needed to special order an extension. don't buy the kit - you don't need the electrical part and also don't need the water line if the d/w is close to sink.

Love this for a few reasons: Great smaller size! Love the top cutlery drawer! Adjustable middle tier! A few complaints: A lot more expensive than a standard dishwasher. Even though I run hot water from the tap, the initial water in the dishwasher is cold. Not sure if this is on purpose but I had Best Buy appliance guy check it and he said it was hooked up correctly. Does the wash progresses it does use hot water and everything comes out clean... It's just all did it would start with cold. Also some dishes don't dry completely. So you have to dry off a few things on unloading. The tines that hold things in place aren't very well placed or angled properly compared to past dishwashers I've owned. Makes it a bit of a puzzle to load.

Perfect dishwasher. Very sleek design. Love the utensil rack on the top (that gives extra room for dishes on the bottom). Very quiet when running. Great efficiency.

I love this dishwasher! I have an open floor plan, so running the dishwasher used to be so annoying. It was hard to find a compact dishwasher that was quiet. This one is so quiet that I forget I started it! I love that the silverware goes on the top rack and that the middle rack adjusts to accommodate different sized dishes. Highly recommended.

This is not like WE of yesterday...my unit is so quiet that I didn't think it was running...exteremely quiet..

Perfect dishwasher for my small space. So quiet I can only tell it is running by the red light on the floor. Dishes very clean and half load option is extremely useful. Installer was terrific also.

Gets dishes totally clean. Operates quietly as in you cannot hear it at all. It shines a small red light on the floor to show it is operating. Racks are adjustable to allow you to set it up the way it will work best for you. Love the silverware washing area. Great dishwasher.

We replaced a si liar model that served us 10 years with this new model. The new one is more quiet than the previous one. Although it’s the same size externally, internally they changed the racks to include also an upper cutlery tray. We took it out as it took space that didn’t allow us to spread the other two shelves so we could used it for larger dishes. Hopefully it will serve us as the previous one which we didn’t fixed as Bosch told us after 7 to 10 years they don’t recommend to fix but replace as more parts could fault. If you live in a small apartment with a small kitchen, this one is a very good option as it hides any button. Looks sleek, and nice overall both inside and out.

I had a Miele 18” dishwasher for almost 20 years. Worked great until it didn’t and the repair cost didn’t seem worth it. The cost for a new Miele was prohibitive. My sister has a standard size Bosch and loves it. I ordered through Best Buy and was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. The next day I got a call from Jen/appliance dept @ Best Buy in San Rafael who told me they had an ‘out of box’ Bosch 18” that was ready for pickup at 1/2 the cost. Done and done. My contractor installed it two days later. I very much appreciated Jen going out of her way - great customer service! Have told all my friends about the very ++++ experience with Best Buy. By the way the dishwasher is just as quiet as my old Miele.

We love the dishwasher. Its very quiet and very happy with all the dishes we can fit in there for a load. Its perfect!
