Overall, like the new fridge. Needed a new counter depth fridge when we remodeled our kitchen. There are not too many option on the market with no handles. It's a little smaller than the previous Kitchen aid fridge we had but still have an adequate space for a family of 4 people. The internal water dispenser works effortlessly and the ice is so much easier to use, and I've never run out. I love the magnetic front for when you want to use magnets. The only negative is the right door can be hard to open at times but will need more time to get use to it.

we love everything about this refrigerator except for one very important problem. the water dispenser drips for 15-30 seconds after using. sometimes out of nowhere it dispenses water. this problem results in water damage inside the fridge. we have to keep paper towels inside the unit to deal with the constant dripping. other than that everything else about this fridge is a dream. BB sent a technician to try and fix it but he couldn't so they sent us a replacement. still same leaking problem. they sent out a technician again and couldn't fix this 2nd unit. SO they replaced it again with a 3rd unit. same issue. constant dripping. we bought the initial unit 11 months ago. been a nightmare. returning for a different brand - wish they could have fixed the water dripping issue cause other than that we love the fridge. just can't deal with the water damage happening.

Best Buy did a good job of keeping me informed of delivery date. Delivery workers took great care in unloading, placing refrigerator in place and installation.

Great and consistent so far! Right side often gets stuck open, but this is more user error and something to just get used to. Its just a matter of making sure you close it as it doesnt just auto close.

Love the new fridge but I have to say I miss the inside space of my old one this is a great fridge but make sure is the right capacity for your house

Refrigerator and freezer work great. Like the shape of the ice cubes. We were not told that the unit was much smaller than the one it replaced. Had to modify the cabinets because it was bigger on the outside. Freezer is so small that we had to buy an extra small freezer to have enough freezer space. Old refrigerator quit, which did not give us enough time to see what other units were available. Since our purchase, we found another brand that has 29 sqft counter depth unit and appears to fit in the same space without altering the cabinets. Wish we could have waited longer and purchased the other unit.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER TO HAVE SOMEONE IN DELIVERY TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT FEATURES OF THIS REFRIGERATOR. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AND I HAVE CALLED BOSCH SEVERAL TIMES TO GET INFORMATION AND WAS UNABLE TO GET A RESPONSE

Very satisfied with the quality of the product so much space inside.

only thing is I wish the drawer in the main compartment was split in 2 so you didn't have to open both doors to pull out.

Great refrigerator! Dents very easily not the quality one would expect from Bosch.

I was asked what I like best about the refrigerator. After talking about all the features and the Bosch reputation I went home s and discovered what I really like best is how good it looks in my kitchen.

Love this frig. Looks great and has all the room we want for our chilled items. Really happy with the purchase and the time taken to help us make our decision.

Best refrigerator ever! Everyone who comes into my house has refrigerator envy! Keeps everything really beautifully and that middle drawer is unbelievably great

Nice refrigerator, but dents VERY easily. Fingerprints are also a nightmare. We have had this unit less than 6 months and I just had to purchase replacement doors due to two dents. Our previous refrigerator was 18 years old and we never had a dent. For this much money I expect better quality and a sturdier unit.

This fridge is awesome. Everything about it is super high end. Very well made with lots of thoughtful touches. Icemake is the best ever

We are on our 3rd one- refrigerator is fine- in fact like it. But the right door has been scratched when they deliver it. Hope the 3rd time is a charm!

Great except opening the leaf side (flip edged) side of the door is difficult without the overlapping one. Other than that it as advertised as of now.

Nice refrigerator pleasing to the eye. Great space with multiple configurations. Center drawer is a nice feature. Freezer space is adequate. No complaints so far.
