While there are positives for this fridge, it is costly to maintain. After 1 year warrantry expired, few items started to come loose or warp. Geeksquad informed warp on plastic backing was not covered and told to call Bosch to repair as was not allowed to fix. After calling Bosch, would be charged with visit and then by hour. I called back geeksquad, spoke to service manager, and informed/insisted to Carlos that we should review to ensure it was not a larger issue. I was informed it was wear and tear and “may broke may pushing OJ back to hard”. I would not recommend fridge due to this item and issues with service coverage of best buy. Echoing some other comments of others, the quality of the interior parts (plastic back, drawers, clips) is not up to par with the price. I am out of warrenty and would advise others who purchase to review all items <12M as a Qualty Check to avoid pay extra if breaks in year 2.

5 star fridge outside of the ice maker. Worst I’ve maker ever, had to use warranty and one month later it was fixed. Not it constantly blocks up and have to take chunks of ice out to fix.

Backordered. Will not arrive in a Month.

This fridge is backordered and we waited for a whole month for it to be available and delivered just to be notified that it’s backordered still for another 30 days.

Bad Quality BOSCH Refrigerator, and bad technical

I bought this refrigerator in December 2020 and after 3 months the ICE MAKER was damaged, this is the time that I still continue with the damaged refrigerator and no one responds, they came to review BOSCH and do not give solution.

Desperately Seeking Some Help

This was the only thing I spent big bugs on in my kitchen. So far, the water leaked on the first day. I let Best Buy know the same day as delivery and so far no help. Last night, tried to get ice cream out of bottom drawer and it came off track and now it won't open after I struggled on my knees to get it to close. I personally think I just have a bad "copy" of this refrigerator and would love some help getting it to work. I just want to be happy 1 month in. Correction...less than one month in. Anyone pay attention to these. The positives... nice size for counter depth and it's beautiful inside and out. It just doesn't like me and I'm not liking it right now.

Delivery issues

Delivery guys dropped the product in the garage, refused to bring it to the kitchen. But they took old fridge away leaving me with no fridge in the kitchen! Going to cancel the order and order from Home Depot.

Ice maker (which is ALL PLASTIC) broke in two weeks. the replacement part was broken when it was mailed to me. Now have been without ice maker for at least a month. Even when the replacement part came, took two weeks to schedule the repair service to get here.
