I just loved this Bosch fridge freezer when I first saw it. Once it was installed I was blown away with all the bells and whistles it comes with. It fits into the space in the kitchen like a glove, and the counter depth, makes it feel like the kitchen was designed around it. And not a noise, not even a whisper, it's so quiet.

In love with our new Bosch Refrigerator. Love the low profile handles and overall look. Love the interior lighting. Shelves are all easily adjustable. Water dispenser on inside wall is wonderful. Love the middle drawer and it’s setting controls. Freezer provides more than enough ample space. Ice maker works well. Love the triangle ice and scoop.

I bought this Bosch refrigerator based on the high ratings on Best Buy. This was replacing a GE with a built in Keurig. The GE had a leaking problem. This worked in my setup since there isn’t a Bosch label/plate anywhere on the outside. The features I enjoyed are having the water and ice not in the door. This extra space makes a lot of difference especially in a counter depth.

We own multiple Bosch appliances and this one was worth waiting for through the pandemic. It was the only counter-depth fridge I wanted and was so glad we waited for it. Great layout for veggies, shelving and deli drawer, awesome freezer. Recessed handle option was perfect for our space. Best fridge we have owned.

For the refrigerator and its purchase as a "scratch and dent" item, the representative my mother and I worked with, Dean Simone, was fantastic and I have been happy to have worked with him for the purchase of other appliances from Best Buy. I am not a happy camper with your company for removing the ability to purchase "scratch and dent" items from your stores or that we as customers do not have the ability to contact any of your stores directly. You have customers, such as myself, who have very limited income and the "scratch and dent" items allow us to purchase quality appliances we could otherwise not afford, such as this refrigerator. The nearest "warehouse" in one direction is over an hour and in the other direction, close to two hours. We can check the stock online, however, after making the hour plus drive, I was informed what is shown online is not always up to date. Customers such as myself cannot call to confirm stock before making the extensive trip, and due to the distance, I would have to make my own delivery arrangements. The items cannot be delivered to a store closer to where I live making delivery arrangements easier to manage. Not everyone has access to a truck. Best Buy, this is not cool.

We love it. Has a ton of room really. Great design and workmanship.

So far, so good. The only thing i dont like is having to open both doors to get into the drawer.

very nice fridge, we have it as an upgrade from a samsung fridge that keeps leading water onto the floor and had to be "defrosted" every few months and especially in humid/wet weather; get a lot more refridgerator space and like the inside compartment/shelf designs, seems to be a little more shallow than i would prefered, did lost some freezer space compared to our last fridge. like the design of the handle, less smudges/finger-prints to clean off; definitely a good upgrade

I just had my Samsung refrigerator give up after only 4 1/2 years. Fortunately after a 2 month head to head with Samsung, Samsung honered the warranty, and returned enough of the original purchase price to make purchasing the Bosch possible. I settled on this Bosch for 2 reasons: 1) There is no ice maker, water dispenser in the door, a complexity that are failing on may modern refrigerators (a problem with my Samsung, too), & 2) the Bosch has two evaporators and two compressors, one for the refrigerator section and one for the freezer section. A feature unique to only Bosch and only this model.

Love this product. Well designed and organized for storage. Ambiguous alarm display is not user-friendly and is not explained well in the on-line user manual - so far that is the only complaint.

Bought a Bosch dishwasher last September. Love it! When our refrigerator quit making ice, we looked at several other brands but kept coming back to the beautiful contemporary unit. So far so good with Pyramid ice. So unique. Bosch should be proud of their products!!!

One of the best refrigerator out there.looks great, and does the job perfect

The fridge is great. The delivery guys were not. They did not have the right tools for moving the fridge on our wood floor and left indentations in it. The guys really didn't have any skin in the game because they were delivery folks, just doing another job. Chances are, they were not paid well, so the effort was commensurate with the pay. That's a working theory.

Love the refrigerator. Worth the wait. It took over a month to take delivery, but nowhere else could do better, if at all. Delivery and installation was professional and perfectly done. If you are looking for a nice large size refrigerator in a counter depth, this is the one. Well organized.

We bought this fridge to replace a 6 year old, failing Samsung. We had this delivered from BB and it is simply gorgeous. The storage, layout, design, etc. is incredible. On the first night, I noticed the freezer condenser fan making a steady rattling noise as it ran. I told myself that maybe it just needed to get up to temp, etc. Fast forward a few weeks, and it's still doing it. So much so that if we're sitting in the kitchen at the island having a conversation, it's noticeable and annoying. It's louder than our previous fridge which was almost whisper quiet. I don't believe I have unrealistic expectations for the fan rattle/noise, yet I'm not sure what I can do at this point, and we waited for 5 months for it to arrive, and I simply can't wait that long for a replacement, so we decided to just live with it.
