Bought this Bosch after having bought another for a second home. Our sales person, Irene Morris, was great. Even though we had previous knowledge of the product she brought her own expertise to confirm our opinion and decision to buy another. she was so great we bought a Ninja toaster oven too!

I couldn’t imagine a better refrigerator. Honestly, at least one or two times a week my hubby or I expresses “this is the coolest fridge ever.” It is a little deeper than the specs to account for the compressor, but really only by a fraction of an inch.

we love everything about this refrigerator except for one very important problem. the water dispenser drips for 15-30 seconds after using. sometimes out of nowhere it dispenses water. this problem results in water damage inside the fridge. we have to keep paper towels inside the unit to deal with the constant dripping. other than that everything else about this fridge is a dream. BB sent a technician to try and fix it but he couldn't so they sent us a replacement. still same leaking problem. they sent out a technician again and couldn't fix this 2nd unit. SO they replaced it again with a 3rd unit. same issue. constant dripping. we bought the initial unit 11 months ago. been a nightmare. returning for a different brand - wish they could have fixed the water dripping issue cause other than that we love the fridge. just can't deal with the water damage happening.

We were hesitant to spend so much money on a refrigerator but this has turned out to be the best, most efficient refrigerator we have ever owned. And the sales staff at Best Buy really did know exactly what we were lookong for. Great experience, great appliance!

We did a lot of research before we chose a refrigerator. This one rated highly on several reason. We have had it for about 4 weeks now and we are very happy with it. Lots of shelving to work with and the front drawer is great for food items for the kids

Overall, like the new fridge. Needed a new counter depth fridge when we remodeled our kitchen. There are not too many option on the market with no handles. It's a little smaller than the previous Kitchen aid fridge we had but still have an adequate space for a family of 4 people. The internal water dispenser works effortlessly and the ice is so much easier to use, and I've never run out. I love the magnetic front for when you want to use magnets. The only negative is the right door can be hard to open at times but will need more time to get use to it.

Very satisfied with the quality of the product so much space inside.

Love the new fridge but I have to say I miss the inside space of my old one this is a great fridge but make sure is the right capacity for your house

Best Buy did a good job of keeping me informed of delivery date. Delivery workers took great care in unloading, placing refrigerator in place and installation.

Great and consistent so far! Right side often gets stuck open, but this is more user error and something to just get used to. Its just a matter of making sure you close it as it doesnt just auto close.

only thing is I wish the drawer in the main compartment was split in 2 so you didn't have to open both doors to pull out.
