Constantly leaking! This dishwasher was hastily delivered by Best Buy and after a few hours, we discovered it leaked. Best Buy and Bosch have been absolute nightmares about replacing it. Do not buy Bosch.

Very bad design for the fridge. Who put water dispenser inside the fridge which taking more than 3 minutes to fill a one litter bottle?

It’s been 1 month and they keep rescheduling. I am without a refrigerator with 5 kiddos, not good !

This refrigerator is a bit more expensive, but it checks all the boxes for me. The design is far superior to my old refrigerator. The drawers open fully, the icemaker is efficient and quickly makes very nice pyramid cubes. The center drawer feature lets me cool things down to ice cold if I want. The freezer and refrigerator are independently operated so it eliminates the hokey air exchanges on some fridges. The outside is beautiful, with a special easy-clean brushed stainless finish. And it's very quiet. It only made a bit of noise when first installed and working to cool itself down. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. And the installation guys did a good job, although I had to adjust the leveling feet myself. I think it's a great value for the money too. I have had it less than a month, but have nothing to complain about. Superb!

Not only is it gorgeous, but it offers great and flexible storage, and runs well. Quiet. No issues whatsoever.

I absolutely love this fridge. The middle produce draw keeps your food fresh for weeks. I love the sleek look with the water and ice dispensers inside the fridge. The only draw back is that it does show fingerprints. I wish they would have made this with the resistant material especially for the cost of this item. I absolutely would recommend this fredhe in spite of that. It's pretty great.

Love this refrigerator! Well thought out design, spacious, stylish, easy and convenient! Really like the handle-less doors! Nice sized ice container is a plus. Alarms if doors are left open. No complaints!

We bought this refrigerator 5 weeks ago and love it. Our 20 yr old Kitchen aid finally died and we decided on Bosch, knowing their products are high end and are well made. After reading various reviews, we were happy and bought it. We have had no issues whatsoever with it and love the size and the beauty of it. Recommend highly.

We love this refrigerator. It takes up much less room than our old refrigerator. The freezer is very functional. The drawer is wide enough that we could set casseroles in at Thanksgiving.

I will say that the refrigerator we had prior to buying the Bosch was a French door Kitchen Aid, purchased in 2010. The Kitchen Aid had a spot in the ice cube tray in which to secure the ice-scoop. Considering it is 13 years later, one would think that Bosch and its suave designers would have thought of this very important detail... it says in the instruction booklet NOT to leave ice scoop in the ice tray for sanitary reasons...but it doesn't state WHERE to put it..because there isn't a designated area. But Bosch is known for making high end appliances..hmmmm

great product, counter depth, looks beautiful, and functional well

R door not soft close; door-open chime will drive you insane if you have kids, others using fridge. Single inside bin is extremely flimsy, too shallow. Inside water spigot too narrow for wide items like coffee maker. Definitely NOT fingerprint-resistant.; a visual mess in minutes. External drawer limited to 2 sections, not usual 3 or 4. FreshProtect irrelevant--who eats 2 wk old fruit? Only average reliability per Consumers Reports. Plusses: 3-shelf freezer and large ice bin.

Very pleased with BestBuy and our new refrigerator

I was excited about the fact that it is a counterdepth fridge - so it should line up with counter depth. Wrong!!! This is 28 3/4" versus typical counter depth of 24". One of the modern custom cabinet trends is to have the cabinet line up with the front of the appliance versus the appliance sticking out. So I asked a question about what sized custom cabinet would I need for that and Bosch instead of trying to help, basically said to stick to the installation instructions (where the fridge sticks out). While I now understand that most counterdepth refrigerators are indeed not counterdepth, I would expect that for a fridge in this price range, the customer service from the company would be more aware of what the customers want and be trying to solve their issues. This is before sales service - imagine after sales service. Not impressed with Bosch.

This is the most annoying refrigerator I’ve ever owned. It’s has sealing problems on both the refrigerator and the freezer. Beeps all the time. The ice maker is nice.
