Absolutely in love with this refridgerator! When you open it up its bright and every item it clearly visible (no more leftovers getting lost)! The adjustable racks are perfect for all your tall or short needs. The ice tray is enormous and the extra drawer at the top of the freezer is a great feature for the small things that normally get lost in the bottom of the freezer.

Beautiful & Quiet!

I love, love, love this refrigerator—& no, I’m not 1 of these people who ‘received this as part of a promotion’! This is my 5th frig in 10 years. The 4 prior were all the same big brand & every single 1 had issues either with noise, uneven cooling, constant frost & moisture in the freezer & the last one’s ice-maker froze & jammed every 8 weeks & leaked! I swore off that brand forever & am so happy I did. Having never owned a Bosch appliance & without even seeing this model in person—since it was brand new—I ordered it. I’ve had it 1 month & I absolutely made the right decision.
It is a beautiful refrigerator! The first thing I noticed was how much more refined it looks than others. It doesn’t have that big bulky refrigerator look. It has clean lines & is very sleek looking & not having the ice & water on the door gives it a much cleaner look. Yes, it is a bit more inconvenient to open the frig or freezer every time u need ice/water but it is well worth the sacrifice. After being told for years that it was ‘normal’ to have moisture &/or frost in the freezer at times, I have not had any!! It makes more ice than I will ever use & it makes it quickly. Unlike my last frig which took 24 hours to start making ice after a reset, this one starts almost immediately. It also seems to have more space than any counter-depths I’ve had before, partly due to not having the ice-maker in the upper frig & door. This model is also 2" taller than others I've had which definitely gives you more space but most of that is in the refrigerator. The freezer is a tad smaller than I'm use to. The ice tray takes up a lot of space—half of the top shelf but if you use a lot of ice, you probably won't mind. 1 thing I don’t like is that you need to open both doors to open the produce bin rather than having it split into 2 bins.
In terms of noise, it is very quiet. The only noise it makes is when it’s filling with water/making ice but it’s not loud or bothersome & only last a few seconds.
I couldn't be happier & highly recommend it!

The freezer is broken. The Bosch technician keeps saying the freezer is working fine, but the issue persists with it unfreezing and the temperature staying at 27°F. Don’t recommend the product or the company manufacture.

A Quality Appliance

I can't begin to tell you how much research I did on several refrigerator brands and models. I could either go with a full depth or a counter depth. After careful consideration, I decided that counter depth would be best.
This Refrigerator is so quiet! It's so quiet that I opened the door just to make sure it was still running. Even when it drops ice into the ice pan, you can barely hear it, if at all. It's keeping the proper temperatures in the fridge and pull out drawer which is also a fridge with it's own digital temperature controls and the freezer. There's an app you download to your phone to monitor the temps in the fridge and freezer. If the door is left open too long, the alarm will go off. There's a filtered water dispenser located in the left side wall towards the front of the fridge. It has glass shelves that can be arranged to accommodate what groceries you're loading in. There's a slide out drawer inside the main section of the fridge. It's one rectangular drawer and not two separate slide out bins, so you will need to open both doors when retrieving anything out of it. The freezer has a couple of slide out shelves and a basket in the bottom with a divider.
The stainless steel finish is beautiful! I will say that it does attract finger prints quite easily. I only use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe it down. Do not use any cleaners on it at all otherwise you run the risk of damaging the beautiful finish. Inside the fridge on the back wall is also stainless steel. This fridge has led lighting that is just the right amount of brightness.
So far this refrigerator is a winner in my book. Sure, it's priced a bit high with less bells and whistles but the quality is very, very good.
If you're on the fence about this purchase, go ahead and buy it. You won't be disappointed!
You'll thank me later.

Love our new Bosch fridge. We chose counter depth to give us more space and this was a great choice for that. No handles gives it a sleek look and saves space.
Lots of storage. Bright. Easy to move shelves. The ice maker is fantastic. Never run out of ice. Freezer has lots of space. Middle drawer is great for veggies and canned drinks. Very quiet. Connect with app to your phone. Reminders if door is open too long.

First and foremost, this fridge is beautifully designed. Hands down, the nicest looking fridge in its price range. It looks "Built-in" and very sleek without the handles or ice/water machine on the outside.
I also love that it has two compressors and does a fantastic job maintaining a stable temperature. I also love the middle drawer and the interior water dispenser and the ice dispenser and scoop in the freezer. I wish the middle drawer had the option to be a second freezer area as well, but it only gets as cold as 27 degrees. I also wish the produce tray in the upper part of the fridge was split so you could pull it out with only one door open. Alas, you must open BOTH upper doors to open that produce drawer, which has proven inconvenient. Because of this, I decided to use it as my meat drawer instead and use the middle flex-fridge section for produce, cheese, butter, etc., because I tend to need access to those items more often than meat.
The biggest downside with this fridge is that the stainless steel itself is very thin and lesser quality than other fridges I've owned. For starters, it's magnetic, which is indicative of a higher level of iron and that leads to tarnishing faster. (requiring more maintenance). Fingerprints are also highly visible and become a regular headache to clean. But be careful, as there is a factory finish on this fridge that can rub off very easily with too much elbow grease, the wrong cleaning agent, or if you use a paper towel with too much pressure. It literally rubs off the finish before your eyes, Because of that, I do not recommend you use paper towels to clean this fridge. Only use a high quality microfiber cloth and polish with the grain. I recommend either BOSCH or WEIMAN stainless steel cleaner. Other stainless steel cleaners might prove damaging. Do a test first. This fridge also scratches and dents very easily. The stainless steel is so thing and delicate, that it will scratch and dent if you bump it with a mug, graze it with a shirt button, or accidentally tap it with a tray corner or any hard object when trying to put items into the fridge or the cabinet above. For the price, they should be using much thicker, stronger, higher quality stainless steel.
Even with all that said, I still love this fridge and don't regret my purchase because it has a lot of space and does an excellent job keeping food fresh and maintaining a stable temperature.

we have a super small kitchen in a 50’s house. so quiet, only hear it when water is filling ice trays. the handle being recessed and not sticking out in the kitchen is really nice. yes, it takes a minute to get used to how to close each door and drawer, i love how the drawers slide shut on their own for the last two inches, no slamming. the top drawer is everything for me. keeps produce fresher longer. this fridge is a little wider than it is deeper (counter depth) which is so much better than a deeper fridge. i can see everything inside and reach it so much easier now! ill never go back to deeper fridges. i agree that the inside drawer could be better, but i just use two hands and its been good enough. there seems to be a little lip latching that happens. the inside water dispenser does leak a bit at first, but that went away with some compulsive pressing in my denial that it was broken. (ha!) works great now. the fridge light comes on gently and truly lights up interior evenly. the tri-level freezer is a bonus too! i don’t have to root around like i used to in the old bi-level one i had (which at the time was a high upgrade from just a big bin freezer, which was a huge upgrade over my even older top freezer). i though the ice scoop was kinda silly at first but it isnt, perfect size and shape for a glass. ice cubes break apart easy. and frosting is not a problem at all. AND when my previous fridge died, i asked my repair person which was the fridge he got the least calls on, he said bosch. he said it would cost a little more but he felt it was worth it. so, while a handful of people have complained about a couple minor things saying for the price it should be better. i dont have have that complaint because ill save money by having this fridge longer. oh, and the fingerprints some are talking about, so easy to wipe off and not as bad as other stajnless steel ones. as far as i can tell, the next level in fridges are over twice the price with more repairs that cost more money. im super happy with this bosch! i still keep yelling “i love this fridge!”

We waited to write this review to see how the size of the fridge would work with two big holidays - Thanksgiving & Christmas. We are thrilled. It is worth noting that we have two other fridge/freezers in our garage, so to say this fridge would work for us w/out the other options would negate this review. It does have amble storage and the manipulation of shelves is impressive. The freezer is small, but the ice is A.W.E.S.O.M.E! My husband says the price of the fridge just for the ice alone is worth every penny. The other GREAT feature is the fresh drawer. Produce really does last! It is not just a gimmick. We eat through our fresh produce quickly, however, the items that did get left behind were totally fresh and useable! One negative - fingerprints! I am constantly wiping the front of the fridge b/c of the visible fingerprints. We are very happy with this purchase and if you have an additional fridge/freezer, and don't mind wiping the fridge, you will not be disappointed.

We love this fridge. It's sleek, has a ton of room, and is very functional. The ice maker is way nicer than our last one and makes lots of ice quite quickly. The flex bar inside the fridge is handy for storage of items that may otherwise be in the way. The adjustability of the shelving in the fridge is also wonderful, as we have plenty of options for shelving height to serve our needs. Our fruits and veggies seem to be staying fresh longer when we use the middle section for our produce. Overall, a 10/10 rating.

God do I LOVE this refrigerator! My previous fridge was an 8 year old Kitchenaid french door that had been slowly dying for the past 3 years, but began it in earnest this year. It had a problem with ice and frost building up over the vents in the freezer. With the pandemic, I had held off buying one, and then my old fridge, the day after Thanksgiving decided it was done. I have been looking at fridges off and on for at least the past 18 months but never fully committed to one
Until this one!! I became enamored of the Bosh when I found out that it had separate compressors for the refrigerator section and the freezer section. It also had no ice in the door which in my opinion was a total plus. I went to the usual suspects to look at fridges and ended up at Pacific Sales because thy have a tremendous selection
I was at first hesitant ,because my previous fridge was 29 cu ft and this is 21 cu ft, but I absolutely LOVED the look of it, inside & out. It's gorgeous and so well thought out. The interior drawers slide out really well (very important imo) and even though it's smaller, it doesn't feel that way to me. I love the layout of the fridge and freezer, the shelves and drawers are so intuitive. If I could have designed the perfect fridge, this would be it!! The ice maker is located only in the freezer and makes really good ice. Both the refrigerator section and freezer section hold so much stuff, that I actually forget that it is smaller than the other one. It truly does not feel that way.
The freezer drawer and the fridge drawer about will automatically close once it's about an inch or so away from closing. And it's so quiet. You can barely hear the compressor running. It has an electric hum to it.
I have owned this for around a month and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bosch makes really great appliances and this one definitely fits the bill. It was fortunately in stock when I ordered it, so no waiting.
The sales person at Pacific Sales was absolutely amazing and walked me through the pros and cons of the fridges I was looking at. Knowledgable, friendly and helpful. In fact they were so great that when my oven died 4 days after I got this fridge, they were my first stop
Don't be put off by its smaller size. It is a mighty machine!

This refrigerator is incredible! I love the counter depth aspect as it does not protrude out into the kitchen traffic zone. The layout of the shelves on top allows for multiple configurations and lots of storage space. The gallon size adjustable pockets on the doors make storing milk and juice containers ideal. The middle drawer is really convenient for keeping produce, vegetables, meat, etc. at colder temps and varied humidities that are user selectable. The freezer section on the bottom is large with a sliding top drawer that is clear so you can see everything below it. Super cold and adjustable temperatures. The fridge is really quiet. I don’t have water or ice maker service since I don’t have an existing water line so that may make a difference. It’s controllable with the Home Connect app so you can interact with the fridge remotely. It works quite well using an iPhone. It will also warn you if the door has been left open for a longer than normal period. It has several settings such as vacation mode, Sabbath mode, adjustable lighting, temp adjustments and more. The brushed stainless steel exterior is very fingerprint resistant and still looks brand new. It does not have protruding door and drawer handles but utilizes a concave design instead, keeping the profile very clean and modern looking. A beautifully designed, modern high quality refrigerator built by Bosch!

Love this Bosch fridge. The LED lighting, the flex-bars, the perfect temperature drawers & compartments, the sleek/modern look, internal water dispenser, and large-capacity ice maker (that makes perfect sze ice cubes) all rock!
However, the delivery (and haul away of my okd fridge) by Best Buy (and the company they contract with to perform this service) took 5 attempts over 2 months (and HOURS and HOURS) of me on the phone to FINALLY get it (poorly) done.

Solid, Stylish Refrigerator

We've had this refrigerator for a little over a month now and really love it so far.
It appears extremely well built, got down to temperature quickly after installation, produces plenty of ice quickly (we tend to use a lot), and the storage area is well designed. We replaced a previous full-size refrigerator with this counter-depth one, so there was a little getting used to rearranging what we normally keep in our fridge, but we managed quite well.
Favorite features: glass shelves and glass bottom of the refrigerator section make for easy cleaning. Produces lots of conveniently sized ice cubes. Stylish flat front design with glass inserts which, once you get used to opening and closing using them, avoids fingerprints on the stainless doors. Interior water dispenser seemed to be a little odd at first - compared to in-door water/ice dispensers - but is easy to use. Handy custom add-in shelves (included) for wine bottle and egg cartons free up normal self space.
Tricky aspect: This refrigerator is taller than most at just under 72". We measured carefully before purchase and figured we had only 1/8" to spare in our cutout. It did, indeed, slip right into the cutout with that 1/8" clearance making it look like a custom installation.
We downgraded by one star the "Storage Capacity" rating just because of the storage area compared to a full size refrigerator. If your looking for a counter-depth appliance, you won't go wrong with this one.

This fridge is fantastic. While many stores (ahem- Lowe’s) is out of stock with backorders lasting months on appliances, Best Buy fulfilled my order in less than one week. Ordering was easy, communication timely and delivery was straight forward.
The fridge itself is beautiful. I was worried it wouldn’t be quiet by some of the reviews but it is QUIET. I’ve had to check many times to see if it’s on, that’s how quiet it is. What’s not so quiet is the ice maker, which does come on at all hours (jolting me awake from the second floor a couple times) but since I rarely use ice I just turned it off and now it’s perfect! Space is huge inside. Lots of shelves and great space for different foods. I am still trying to figure out how to fit a pizza box inside, but truly everything else is an easy fit!
Highly recommend this fridge. Can’t go wrong with a Bosch.

So far, so good. Refrigerator has a beautiful and clean look. My wife is in love with how much ice it makes. I like the water dispenser on the inside, which to me is much more sanitary than the external ice and water dispensers. Plenty of space and the special compartment for fruit and vegetables keeps them fresh much longer and reduces waste. Can't wait for the kitchen to be done.

We went from a full sized refrigerator to this Bosch 800 Series and I could not be happier. The counter depth opened-up our kitchen whereas the old refrigerator partially blocked the kitchen entrance.
The look of the refrigerator is something you would find on Star Trek. Very modern and no name on the front which keeps the design very clean. I never thought of a refrigerator as having a WOW factor until I saw this one. Excellent Industrial Design.
I had the following concerns about buying any counter depth refrigerator: Will everything fit? Does it make enough Ice? Temperature Accuracy? Convenience of ice and water?
1) Will everything fit? YES. I was amazed. Between the large space in both doors, the adjustable shelving, a separate fruit and vegetable bin, and sliding shelves in the freezer, this refrigerator fits food and beverage items better than our old full-sized refrigerator. Very well designed.
2) Does it make enough ice? YES. We removed the ice tray and use the entire drawer as our ice bucket. I would guess I have 12-15 pounds of ice ready to go all of the time. There is also a way to increase ice production for an 8 hour window if you are running low. I was always buying ice with our old refrigerator. I have not bought any ice with the new Bosch.
3) Temperature Accuracy - I put a digital thermometer in every part of the refrigerator and freezer. It was always accurate to the degree. I would then change the temperature by one degree and check it all over again. Accurate. I did this with and without food in the refrigerator/freezer. The circulation system works great.
4) Convenience of ice and water - In the past I have always had ice and water in the door. There are tradeoffs to having it self contained on the inside. From my research, ice machines are the number one problem in all refrigerators. Because there is only one ice maker and the pyramid shape of the ice, I believe this will be more reliable. Getting the ice out of the freezer is not an issue or inconvenience, and you avoid spilling ice on the floor as you do with an external ice dispenser.
Getting water on the inside of the refrigerator is ever so slightly less convenient. However, the water remains colder (longer) when filling larger containers. Also the space gained in the door by not having a door mount dispenser is huge. Finally, the look is much cleaner. I am now sold on the internal water/ice.
We are a family of two but we have our grown kids and their families over on a regular basis. We also like to entertain and have never found the size to be an issue at all.
