So far, so good. Refrigerator has a beautiful and clean look. My wife is in love with how much ice it makes. I like the water dispenser on the inside, which to me is much more sanitary than the external ice and water dispensers. Plenty of space and the special compartment for fruit and vegetables keeps them fresh much longer and reduces waste. Can't wait for the kitchen to be done.

We went from a full sized refrigerator to this Bosch 800 Series and I could not be happier. The counter depth opened-up our kitchen whereas the old refrigerator partially blocked the kitchen entrance.
The look of the refrigerator is something you would find on Star Trek. Very modern and no name on the front which keeps the design very clean. I never thought of a refrigerator as having a WOW factor until I saw this one. Excellent Industrial Design.
I had the following concerns about buying any counter depth refrigerator: Will everything fit? Does it make enough Ice? Temperature Accuracy? Convenience of ice and water?
1) Will everything fit? YES. I was amazed. Between the large space in both doors, the adjustable shelving, a separate fruit and vegetable bin, and sliding shelves in the freezer, this refrigerator fits food and beverage items better than our old full-sized refrigerator. Very well designed.
2) Does it make enough ice? YES. We removed the ice tray and use the entire drawer as our ice bucket. I would guess I have 12-15 pounds of ice ready to go all of the time. There is also a way to increase ice production for an 8 hour window if you are running low. I was always buying ice with our old refrigerator. I have not bought any ice with the new Bosch.
3) Temperature Accuracy - I put a digital thermometer in every part of the refrigerator and freezer. It was always accurate to the degree. I would then change the temperature by one degree and check it all over again. Accurate. I did this with and without food in the refrigerator/freezer. The circulation system works great.
4) Convenience of ice and water - In the past I have always had ice and water in the door. There are tradeoffs to having it self contained on the inside. From my research, ice machines are the number one problem in all refrigerators. Because there is only one ice maker and the pyramid shape of the ice, I believe this will be more reliable. Getting the ice out of the freezer is not an issue or inconvenience, and you avoid spilling ice on the floor as you do with an external ice dispenser.
Getting water on the inside of the refrigerator is ever so slightly less convenient. However, the water remains colder (longer) when filling larger containers. Also the space gained in the door by not having a door mount dispenser is huge. Finally, the look is much cleaner. I am now sold on the internal water/ice.
We are a family of two but we have our grown kids and their families over on a regular basis. We also like to entertain and have never found the size to be an issue at all.

We are very satisfied with this refrigerator. You get what your pay for.
PROs:
Dual compressors; air is not circulated from freezer compartment to refrigerator compartment .
Very quiet
Food actually stays fresh longer
The door shelves are deep and hold many items
The ice maker works well and makes nice sized cubes.
Notifications warn of open door or other issues.
Nice lighting and controls
CONs:
The freezer is slightly smaller that typical.
Right door must be pushed to close so it sometimes does not close.

I really enjoy my Bosch refrigerator. It has less cubic feet than my old fridge but holds more. I especially like the counter depth. Not only for the way it fits into the kitchen but because of this depth things do not get lost on the shelves. That plus the great lighting make it the almost impossible to lose food items. The vege drawer has kept our vegetables fresh at least twice as long and the full crisper holds a ton of items. Last but not least is the roomy freezer with very handy sliding shelves. The unit runs quiet. The only con I see is the doors do smug and fingerprint easy, but they also wipe shiny clean with a soft cloth.

If you are looking for a counter depth, well-engineered refrigerator this is the one for you. We purchased the third door option for its flexibility and to keep from opening the main upper doors as often. It really works very well for our vegetables, they seem to keep much longer without freezing and with proper humidification. It rolls in and out like a breeze and locks in tight once the front feet are set.
The ice maker is phenomenal. Makes lots of ice and quickly. The pyramidal shape cubes are nice in a drink as well.
It’s generally whisper quiet except when water is running to the ice maker. We do hear a very faint whisper from the compressors, it has two separate units, one for the freezer and one for the refrig section.
The lighting inside is spectacular, it fades up to bright when you open the doors, and knows when you are nearby. It is a glorious way to view your food options.
The lack of protruding handles gives us more space in our kitchen which is wonderful for our layout that was a little snug with the butcher block in the middle of the kitchen.
While the stainless does not show fingerprints much, be careful not to strike it with a broom or mop handle, it may mar the surface permanently.
Finally we love the three drawer freezer section. It really helps organize storage and it reduces the digging we all may have had to do in the past to find our frozen foods.
It’s costly, look for a reduced price but it is well worth the money and it will last!

This refrigerator is awesome. I waited till we had it a few months to review it. We got this because we recently renovated our kitchen and the one we had, a fridgedaire was already breaking after just a few months. I was tired of crap brands so I decided to spend the money on this one. I am very glad I did. It works great, is counter depth so it looks great too. The ice maker makes tons of ice which was always an issue with the in the door makers. I love where the water dispenser is, it is clean and never drips water and I love the clean look on the outside. All in all this is a great fridge and I highly recommend it.

3 week now and no complain. Super quiet, beautiful slick design. And very roomy. It is a little taller then your regular refrigerator. Comparable to all the high end refrigerator like sub zero, thremador, miele, ect... best bang for your buck with dual compressor. It has an ice make on the bottom and a water dispenser on the inside. Easy to clean and wipe down. All in all we love our new bosch refrigerator.

So far, so good. I bought a new LG french door counter depth refrigerator three years ago. The compressor died. Trying to get LG to assist has been a nightmare, so I bought a new refrigerator instead. The LG, if it ever gets fixed, will be recused to the garage or basement. I did a TON of homework before I bought this regrigerator, including talking to the head of the appliance department at my local Best Buy store. The Bosch refrigerator was the winning make/model for my price point. I felt comfortable with Bosch as a brand since we installed one in our kitchen about two years ago and we've been very pleased. Everything I've read is true about the 800 series. It's a beautifully engineered, has lots of great features, and has two compressors to separate the refrigerator from the freezer (a feature usually only seen in high-end appliances like Sub-Zero). And the ice. On my goodness, the ice. I had read many reviews praising the ice, but I had no idea what I've been missing out over my adult life (Im 59). The ice is incredible. It is so dense that it takes forever to melt, which keeps drinks cold, yet not diluted. Some reviewers nitpicked about the ice/water dispenser not being the door, but I'm glad it's not. I like having the ice tucked away in the freezer drawer, and it takes less time to open the door and take a scoop versus standing at the dispenser waiting for it to dispense through the door. The water dispenser is inside, conveniently located. Now, I have more room in the inside door of my refrigerator for jugs of milk and other containers. Ok, now the bad. And, this is super nit picky. Without traditional handles, you will absolutely touch the face of the refrigerator and you will definitely see fingerprints. I keep a clean, damp cloth nearby and wipe it down once a day to keep it clean and shiny. We are remodeling our kitchen next month, and thankfully I was able to submit a change order for my cabinets in order to change my double ovens and cooktop to Bosch. Gotta love German engineering! Highly recommended.

Love this product. First time in 45 years without water/ice dispenser on the door but getting used to it. The ice maker puts out a lot of ice. The veggie bin keeps lettuce and other delicate veggies for a long time compared to other brands (we’ve had Maytag, Samsung, LG). The counter depth is surprisingly spacious. Finger prints wipe off easily. The instructions are a little sketchy with regards to setting the various temperatures.

So far, so good. This is a replacement for sub zero that was 30 years old. This fridge fit perfect in the space and looks like it belongs there. I think the height was whay made this one stand out, Its taller than a regular fridge. The delivery was fast and simple, they gave updates throughout the day on where we were on the delivery time schedule. Now im looking at other appliances to match.

I’m extremely happy with this refrigerator. From the moment it was delivered, everything exceeded my expectations. The design is sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen without feeling bulky.
Performance-wise, it cools evenly and maintains a consistent temperature throughout the fridge and freezer. Food stays fresh longer, and the freezer gets cold quickly without excessive frost buildup. The shelves are sturdy and adjustable, making it easy to organize groceries, and there’s plenty of space for larger items.
I also appreciate how quiet it is—you barely notice it running. The interior lighting is bright and well-placed, and overall it just feels like a high-quality appliance.
Delivery and installation from Best Buy were smooth and professional, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-built refrigerator that looks great and performs well, I highly recommend this one.

We have waited a long time for a fridge that has technology to help fruits and vegetables to stay fresh longer. This is it. We love the design, the various sections and compartments that allow for better organization. Most everything is easily reachable. There is enough room for frozen items so it is easy to locate any item. The one thing to consider is where you locate the fridge because being next to a wall can make make it difficult to open one of the upper doors more than 90 degrees if you don't consider some extra inches of space needed.

I love this fridge. I got a bargain from BestBuy with my birthday discount and accumulated points. Every time I step into my kitchen I smile. It's so spacious inside, I'm not sure how they engineered it and it's still slim and counter-deep. Note, it's not fingerprint-proof, but I use a chamois cloth and rub out fingerprints - no product, just the cloth. I won't let our cleaners clean it, that's just for me. I don't want anyone to ruin the surface. Delivery with BestBuy was a challenge. They came once and needed 4 (two extra men claiming it was too heavy), so they wouldn't take it off the truck, then they blew off my next delivery date, just left me hanging, and finally on the third attempt, they came with 3 guys. There's nobody in customer service who can help you when you order online, so just understand, delivery will be a nightmare.

The best refrigerator. Nice quality of the materials and modern design aesthetics, impressive silent performance. Keep the vegetables/fruits fresh for long time. Very well-designed space even greater than my last refrigerator that had more cubic feet (24).
The filter of water is a real filtration water system, water with not that "normal fridge" cool or plastic flavor.
Money well spent, high end performance middle price.

So far so good. It’s been about a month since I’ve made this purchase . Worth the spend. It’s bigger then you think. It’s quiet and looks sleek.
The only fall back is it leaves fingerprints on the doors so have a cloth handy to keep it looking clean .

I've only had the refrigerator for one month, but I'm very pleased with purchase so far. This is a replacement for a four year old (different model) Bosch. Hoping this one lasts much longer than four years. Even though both models are of similar size, changes have been made so this one has larger capacity in both refrigerator and freezer. Love the refrigerator drawer -- I'm using it for fruits and vegetables. Wish it had two separate temperature and humidity controls for the two bins. I really like the recessed handles and the water dispenser inside the refrigerator. I haven't set up the "Smart" features because I can't think of a reason why it would help me.

This counter depth fridge is beautiful and clean to match my whole kitchen after I have searched for multiple brands.
The interior is nice, bright and lots of space in comparison with other counter depth fridges like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE. The extra drawer helps with drinks and meat storages. The freezer is huge with ice bin (never run out of ice with this fridge!), extra drawer on top where I put homemade popsicles and ice cream or store fruits. There are 3 drawers in the freezer of Bosch that I like as it looks like the full depth fridges like GE or Cafe, or Kitchenaid. Their side bins are huge and sturdy to whole gallons of milks!!
Cons: fingerprints everywhere though..but easy to wipe at the end of the day or whenever you have time. The door is kind of hard to close (easier if you close the right door first and left door then) and it will have alarm whenever it is not closed properly which I like. The other thing is the door need to open completely to open the full depth drawer in the top fridge to get vegetables or food.
