I really like the minimalist look of the refrig. The pull-out bin in the refrig is cheaply made, does not open/close smoothly. Feels like it will fall apart if pulled w/1 hand. The butter cheese compartment cannot be moved, not interchanae to another location. I like the exterior look it is exactly what I was looking for. I am the only one one using the product so it works for me. For the price I would expect the drawer & butter compartment would be more funcutional especially for more than 1 person using. Bosch missed the mark on those.those are the only cons. I like it is quiet I am in a townhouse so it it small kitchen, the minimalist look works for me. Because it’s French doors they work well, the cons I read are not an issue it’s the way the French door is designed. Overall I give this a good rating, for me the fresh bin could be a smother transition & I’d like to move the butter /cheese bin so I gave only 4 stars.

The best refrigerator ever! Excellent storage and lighting inside. No mess water spout inside fridge so the door doesn’t have water drip spots on the outside anymore

Did plenty of research into which fridge best fits our needs and decided on Bosch 800 series. Do not regret! Pros: quiet, dual compressor (may not be well advertised), and sleek design. Con: surface is prone to finger and hand prints.

this is a beautiful refrigerator I love the counter depth. It fits a lot of food. I was concerned about the price tag, but it's a dream. Worth the money. I had this price matched from lowes so i saved. The fruits and veggies do last longer. Best buys delivery team is the BEST. They didn't scratch my floors, removed my old refrigerator and helped me repair the frig when it came a tiny scratch.

Abandoned our 5 yr old Samsung fridge after spending over $1000 on repairs. We’re so happy with this Bosch. It was well-priced, very sleek, sophisticated temperature control options, great ice-maker. We bought it through Best Buy’s San Diego partner, Pacific Sales and we’re very happy with their service.

I LOVE our new fridge! When my kitchen aid went out I was really torn on what to get to replace it. I did a lot of research and this Bosch won out! I’m so please with it! It feels very well made! I love the clear shelves in the freezer section. The ice maker works well too. The fridge is so easy to keep organized and spot exactly what I need! But by far my favorite is the fresh produce drawer! This things works!!! I have my own garden and we eat a whole lot of fresh produce! It stays fresh Sooo much longer than it did in my other fridge. It’s honestly amazing!! The outside is sleek and easy to clean. Although not as “fingerprint proof” as I had hope. But having no handle makes it so easy to wipe clean! I would buy this one again and again!

Absolutely love this refrigerator! The Farm Fresh vegetable drawer keeps fruit and veggies fresh for weeks. The pyramid shaped ice is endless and the water dispenser on the inside fills glasses and bottles. Very quiet unit. BestBuy deliverymen Eric and Stacy carefully unpacked the unit and hooked up to the water line. I could not be happier!

Love this refrigerator and the additional drawer. It is well lit so I can see everything, keeps cold, has a rapid cooling feature for big grocery days, versatile configurations (simple to make changes), and clean sleek look. The appliance cleans easily. Freezer with three pull out sections is great for easy access to food items.

We love the clean lines of this appliance, also how quiet it is. Love the bright interior. Especially pleased with the layout of all three compartments. Very usable space and very easy to adapt shelves to accommodate tall or very horizontal items. All in all, we are very happy with this purchase.

I am loving my Bosch refrigerator. It looks good. I love the seperate produce drawer. I also enjoy water dispenser being inside the fridge. The only thing I would change if I could is to magnetize doors that one doesn’t have to check and check again to make sure the door is shut. My previous LG refrigerator had that and I was so used to just pushing the door lightly. I am having to retrain myself.

Food stays fresh longer water double evaporators. I like the water filler inside the refrigerator. Different temperature settings for food.

Excellent refrigerator. It maintains the freshness of vegetables, meats, fruits, etc., very well. It’s also one of the best energy savers. We highly recommend this refrigerator

Needed a counter depth refrigerator and this one was well designed. Like the extra drawer that has separate temperature control. It is very quiet and led interior lights make it easy to see inside.

so far so good...very little noise. keeps food fresh for a longer time. shelf space is also adequate for me. only thing is - leaves a lot of fingerprints on the outside - even if you simply touch it

We have only had this in our home for 3 days, but loving it! It is counter depth so doesn't stick out, it has a middle drawer that is perfect for sandwich stuff and veggies that you eat often, and it has a great ice maker/bin in the freezer drawer. We didn't want ice maker/water on the door because last ones we had always broke, but wanted a built-in ice maker. It is perfect for us. We like ice haha The adjustable shelves inside meet our family's groceries perfectly and everything we need is easily within reach - stuff doesn't get lost in the back. Just hope it keeps working as well as it is!

New Counter Depth Bosch Refrigerator is "EVERYTHING" you would expect from the Bosch product line. Very sleek, polished, operates very quietly, and you can tell the difference with compartment temperatures due to the dual compressors. In my opinion, it's worth the investment.

LOVE THIS FRIDGE!!! We initially bought a KitchenAid counter-depth fridge through Best Buy based on how beautiful it was and did not do any research. We knew within two days of owning it that we needed to return it. Best Buy made it so easy to return and we replaced it with this Bosch 800 series fridge. We've now had it about a month and love it so far. There are only two of us, so may not be great for larger families, but for us, it's perfect! The fruit/veggie drawer really does keep produce fresh so much longer than any fridge I've previously used. The freezer is great and we really love the ice. We work from home and so we use the ice and water daily/nightly. I thought that opening the fridge over and over throughout the day to get water would be annoying, but I actually like it and really appreciate that there is no water on the outside of the fridge.

The fridge so far has been great. Quite, easy to set. The ice machine is the surprising win of how great it produces and works. The design is nice the third door is great for keeping kid snacks and very accessible to them.

We chose this refrigerator from Best Buy for several reasons. First, the price was most competitive, because the store was having a special $400 discount. Also, the item was in stock and the short wait to installation was important because our old SubZero refrigerator wasn't working and it was inconvenient to use our second fridge in the garage. Finally, the fact that the installers were certified by an outside partner gave confidence that the transition to the new appliance would be smooth. And it was. We were pleased to be able to choose a high quality, stylish refrigerator at a reasonable price.
