Love this replacement to my Samsung. The ice maker is the best and my veggies stay fresh longer

We purchased this refrigerator to replace an older refrigerator that came with the home we recently bought. After looking at Samsung, LG and others, we were concerned that we could not find a refrigerator that had a low repair/issue rate (especially with ice makers). However, the more we read about Bosch the more we found ourselves drawn to this refrigerator. With no handles to get caught on and a water dispenser tucked inside, it was a no-brainer decision that this one was for us. We have owned this refrigerator for only a few weeks now, but have been impressed by the ice maker, how cool it keeps the food and the convenience of the shelving system. However, there are some draw backs. Because this is a counter depth refrigerator, you definitely lose some space and it is more noticeable in the freezer section. Also, while the adjustable flex bar is a cool feature, it isn't that functional for us as a family. Overall this is a good refrigerator and we are happy with our purchase.

After countless hours of research, product comparisons, reading reviews and speaking to appliance associates we purchased this Bosch 800 Series fridge. The fridge was delayed over two months, but this was during the beginning of the Covid season. We were concerned that 20.5 Cu Ft. was going to be too small, but its perfect. Plenty of room for everything we need in the kitchen. We do have a garage fridge for beers and what not. It looks good, and runs well. The ice cube maker is nice, and not too loud. The water dispenser inside the fridge is great, as it keeps the doors looking clean. It is not a finger print free design, but wipes down easily. We made the right decision going with Bosch, it was well worth the wait.

Beautiful, well design refrigerator. We have been through a couple of the past 10 years that have been ok, but ended up with significant repairs. Back in the market again, we wanted to get something that was counter depth and more thoughtfully designed. This one nails it - you pay for it, but take a look and you'll see what I mean. And it is VERY quiet.

We have no problem with the Bosh 800 Refrigerator in Stainless steel it works great, and the design is beautiful and not like others. We were unhappy with the extended warranty price which was way out of line with other refrigerators. Also, the delivery personnel cause damage to the unit as well to the enclosure. Whave yet to receive a settlement from the delivery company.

I am really happy with this refrigerator. Our fruits and vegetables last longer than they used to and we never run out of ice, specifically when we have family gatherings because it has a function to produce ice super quick.

Not only a good looking appliance but stager wise, incredible! intelligent design from interior filtered water disbursement (goodbye messy water spots) but the open ice tray comes in so handy whether filling ice buckets or ice pads! so many functions, love the audible alert when doors don't close and smart/IPhone friendly. Great appliance from a brand I trust - pleased with our addition to our kitchen!

Second Bosch fridge after my first lasted 11 years. Love the design. I don't forget to eat leftovers anymore since everything is a perfect height in front of me. Lots of freezer space and couldn't be happier about not cleaning water drips down the front of the door. Love having the water inside.

The Bosch-800 Series French Door refrigerator arrived in perfect condition. Looks very nice at installation. Set up was straight forward and it started cooling immediately. Instructions were clear and easy to use. Unit cools very well and maintains temperature as set. Plenty of room for food items. Very pleased with this purchase.

Awesome Refer. Makes ice super fast. It’s quiet! They designed the doors to not show finger prints, a big plus! Love the 2 door design, with 2 drawers. Was a bit Leary about the bottom freezer. (Not any more!) Best refrigerator so far!!! Highly recommend!!!

This is a great refrigerator. Super quite, and convenient. I thought it be too small, since it is smaller in cu ft than our previous model, but everything fits with room to spare. The ice maker in the freezer is great and we are never short on ice. (We also do not have issues with our ice freezing into one big block, like on the YouTube review). We use the middle drawer for fruits/vegetables. I was skeptical that things would last longer, but job well done, Bosch, they do last longer. I’m more about efficiency than design, but I have to stay, this is a beautiful refrigerator. I highly recommend this product. The Best Buy installation team also did a great job.

This is a small fridge, so well designed that it feels very spacious. Everything about it is functional. I had a Samsung before this. It was only 3.5 yrs old. The icemaker no longer works and now I know why it always looked so full and nothing seemed to fit well. It was poorly designed. The bosch fridge has made my life easier and more efficient! My husband and I love it!

Love this refrigerator! The size and drawer accessibility is far superior to other brands we viewed. The ice maker in the freezer drawer is much easier to manage, no excess cubes falling into the floor. Also love the water inside the refrigerator, no unsightly tray in the refrigerator exterior.

Great fridge, internal water dispenser is nice and doesn't take up space, ice maker works great. Lots of room the way it is laid out. Only thing is it came with a small dent from the factory (not in delivery) for which they quickly shipped a new piece and replaced. Doors also need a bit of a push to close all the way.

Have yet to have a complaint about this refrigerator. Looks great. Plenty of room. Chose it due to the fact it has no handles. Works great since it’s up next to a wall. Allows the door to open more va with a handle.

I have been thrilled with this refrigerator. It looks fantastic in my kitchen, and the ice maker cranks out more ice than I use, and I love it for family gatherings; I never run out of ice. It is made by Bosch, not farmed out like most, and has dual compressors. I highly recommend this fridge.

The stainless steel is discolored where you grab to open the door on one side. Bosch is so difficult to deal and get in touch. Bosch wouldn’t do anything about it. I have been having it 3 years now and love the inside of the refrigerator. Also, the cooktop looks like the stainless is rusting.

Quality in and out. No handles are unique and gives us a couple of much needed inches in our kitchen. Having the wifi app is handy to keep on eye on things and to easily change various settings. It truly does keep veg and fruit fresher longer. The delivery was dreadful but Best Buy made things right on that. Can’t give the Bosch a ding because of two idiot delivery drivers. You won’t be disappointed with this fridge.
