    The crew took time to carefully put the fridge in. They answered all questions I have on the fridge. They did an excellent job! You need this kind of crew on the job. I have met others who don't give a crap on your appliances.

    Unreliable, basic components broke in <60 days

    Several interior functions/features work well, i.e. temp controls, and drawer setup.  However, other components are cheaply made.  Our unit is two months old and thus far the icemaker has broken completely and now the door doesn't close as the guide 'jumps' out of the track at the top of the right door.  For the money, these are basic issues that I should not have to worry about after just 60 days.

    Nice looking. I like the features. However, you have to open both doors to open one fruit/veg drawer, and you need two hands to pull out the long drawer. There is not as much space in the refrigerator or freezer as I expected.

    Freezer performance

    Worst appliance purchase ever

    This refrigerator was purchased 6 months ago. From the start the freezer didn’t work. Service technicians have to be specially trained and for have to come from out of town. Freezer worked for about 4 months after repair now won’t stay cold the ice maker isn’t working and is making a continuous noise that sounds like a truck in my kitchen. Repair technician can’t come for 3 weeks. Impossible to get the Bosch service dept on the phone. Worst purchase ever.

    Bosch Refrigerator

    I purchased this appliance and it completely went out in less than a year. I was sold the Geek Squad but was told to contact the manafacture for assistance. I contacted Bosch customer service and was assigned a local repairman to resolve the issue. It’s been near two months and the technician has not yet been able to identify the problem after four trips with part replacements. It appears that Bosch wants to peice mill with parts instead of offering a full replacement of an item that we paid nearly 4k for. We lost hundreds of dollars in food cost plus having to take off work to meet with the technician. Totally garbage service and garbage product

    Doors don't always close, causing full defrost!

    Don't purchase this fridge. Got it in 2019 and have had problems ever since. In sum, the doors don't easily close and if you happen to leave one open, then it has to be defrosted completely, which can take more than 24 hours - sometimes 48 hours. Such a hassle! While it has an alarm, the sound is faint so sometimes no one hears the alarm. Our house is a tri-level so the fridge is not on same level as our bedrooms nor den. If someone gets ice, for example, then goes to bed but has failed to notice the freezer door didn't close then you're in big trouble. IN PAST THREE YEARS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US FIVE TIMES. Enormous aggravation as it makes a very loud grinding noise as it attempts to defrost itself.

    Not worth it!

    We are currently waiting for the second fridge to be replaced. Same problems as the first. Leaky ice maker, no crushed ice. Entire experience has been horrible. water dripping inside fridge, down to freezer. Bosch is horrible to deal with.

    Leaky fridge

    Had fridge less than a month and it’s leaking out the bottom every other day. Customer service impossible to contact. Brand new fridge and already wish I had my old one back.
